We love LRHP and the entire staff is so helpful and professional. It’s so reassuring and a huge blessing to be able to take my children to a clinic where they actually love and care about my children’s mental, physical, and emotional health and growth.

We had our first new patient visit this month for both of my kids annuals. The staff and Dr Waw were very welcoming! Dr Waw had a great bedside manner and communication with the kids and me. She did a thorough assessment and made sure to answer any and all questions. We are so happy we made the switch to LRHP!:)

The staff and physicians are always so kind and welcoming. My kids used to be scared going to the doctor but they are actually excited to go here! They decorate adorable and make the atmosphere so welcoming with their smiles. They really take their time with your child and truly care. I actually saw Dr. Ianelli as a child and my children are now seeing him but I also recommend the others doctors and nurse practitioners! This office has always been amazing! I definitely recommend this office to everyone and anyone.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this pediatricians’ office! All of the doctors and staff are friendly and compassionate. Our main provider is Dr. Iannelli, who is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and straight forward. But when he isn’t available the staff always find a way to work us into another doctor’s schedule. Highly recommend!

Update:
The finance office is inept. Charlotte doesn’t know what she’s talking about and Emily is a rude young lady who does not listen to you, assumes she knows what you are going to say, interrupts you so you cannot get a word in and then accuses you of things you are not feeling and never said. It was unbelievable. B
For how wonderful the doctors are, this staff is horrible. We will still not be going back. Even though this was an honest misunderstanding on both parts. Nobody deserves to be treated that way.

We have a copay that shows up late. Always, for 20 years always, the front desk says “just catch it at the next visit”. I used to call when I’d get a bill and they would always say it was fine to just catch it at the next visit. So somewhere along the 20 year journey, I stopped worrying and just caught it at the next visit. In February I took my son in and in the way out was told to “just catch it at the next visit”. Well. I guess my kids were too healthy for too long because when I had to take my daughter to the podiatrist for a bad sprain, I was told we had to reschedule because the pediatrician rejected the referral. When I called to ask why, they told me my account had been locked due to an extremely overdue balance. Now, I could understand if this was an accumulation of non payments but it was one co-pay where I am always told to “just catch it at the next visit”
This is the most unprofessional office I have seen if this is how they treat invested long term patients. I will be taking my kids elsewhere moving forward. This is unacceptable practice.

They were quick to get my kids scheduled but they did my daughters 6mo shots on the INSIDE of her thighs, the doctor had poor bedside manners and they were very rude in the voicemail that was left about my sons upcoming appointment that I will be canceling.

* update - I did reschedule my daughter and son and requested a different doctor and watched extra carefully when they did the shots. Just be cautious.

Dr. Waw and office staff are amazing. They’ve been seeing my little since she was a newborn and saved her life in our first week. I can’t say enough good things about this team.

We love Dr. Chin! Both kiddos have used her since birth. She communicates with kids so well and makes them feel comfortable during visits.

I cannot say enough about Paige Baker she is the absolute best! Excellent with kids!

Both of my kids have been going to this establishment for well over 5 years, and I couldn’t be happier having Dr. K. Waw as their pediatrician. She is a great listener, and she takes her time to accommodate the kids. She has the best bedside manners and is never in a rush, even though other patients are waiting. She is knowledgeable and never judgmental.

I have referred friends, and they continue to swoon about her services. I always ask for her unless it’s an emergency. I love their ever-changing decor. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. My only issue is always getting put on hold every single time.
