The hours state open at 7am. Came by to drop off and at 730am no one was there, store was closed. I needed my items same day so I couldn’t run the risk of using the Dropbox and them not complete the job on the same day.

Everything has been renovated, it looks like a brand new place, very inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Ever since the new owner took over this place is awesome. The customer service was great along with the cleaning.

If you want to be robbed and not be notified when ready, then this is the place for you. Told me a week to sow three buttons and was apparently ready following day. Never received call that it was ready. They’re highway robbery. Only tried them because they were closer. They don’t even deserve the single star. Will not be returning.

Says they offer same day service and they absolutely do not. I had one garment to be cleaned and arrived at 8: 15 and they denied it.

My first time here. I dropped off 16 items; 6 came back destroyed, over $1k value new, and she tried to insist they all had unresolvable issues upon arrival. They had nothing more than your standard deodorant marks and a couple of tiny spots.
1. Cream Brooks Brothers Dress - covered in very large blotches of pink chemicals across entire front of dress.
2. Cream Brooks Brothers Silk Cami - white caked chemical blotches across chest
3. Coral Club Monaco Silk Dress - Water marks across front
4. Purple Brooks Brothers Dress - White chemical caked across front torso
5. White Linen MK blouse - 3 pink spots on front
6. Blue Brooks Brothers Silk Cami - the only one that had honest and actual grease/sauce upon arrival, yellowed chemical blotches across where the “stains” had been

She said, “we can send them again and see how they come back. ” No. Send them again, if it fails, you owe me for my professional attire you destroyed.

. Update 2 hrs later. Due to my misfortune, my husband checked his hangers - $450 Suit Supply khaki jacket has a 1-inch line of BLUE INK on the chest!

Horrible customer service!

My boyfriend went in to drop off some of our winter clothes and I included a leather jacket that I had thrifted. He then took all the items and they said they would call him for a total quote, They then said it would be around $50 for everything. Granted I paid around $10 for the thrifted jacket so I wasn’t gonna pay a lot more for dry cleaning otherwise it would not be worth it. When my bf went back to pick up all the items, the total was over $100! And they said that the leather jacket alone was $50. Obviously I would not have left it if they had quoted me right in the first place. Secondly if this is their place of business, how can a quote be so far off!? They refused to adjust the price and I ended up loosing my jacket. Definitely never coming back to these people
