Lake Tawakoni Boat & Kayak Rentals, Wills Point TX

They change my original time 3 times and by the 4 time they call saying that we where not going to get the rental because of the wind and the only way to get it was with a captain but they didn't ha e one available at the moment so we have to reschedule. I told them I didn't want to reschedule to return my money and they refuse. They just don't respect the time of their customers I drove 2 hours. I'm tire of going back and forth with them to return the money that they keeps refusing. I'm not thinking of coming back with such an experience the only think they keep saying that is fault because I didn't accept the times they where giving me when in all the times they text me to change the time I answer yes and when she calls she said their is no captain available.

They were so helpful in answering our many questions and were able to book us last minute on a pontoon. Odell was our captain. He took great care of us and made the trip so much fun. We had a blast. Highly recommend!
