Lake Vue Apartments, Clute TX

I absolutely enjoy my stay, so far, at Lake Vue. Easy to apply, easy to tour the facility, i checked out a couple apartments before I found the one I wanted, easy process all around and the staff is amazing, AND ITS CLEAN AND QUIET! PLUS the amenities rock! Fire pits ON the lake? !? A Pool on the lake with fashionable comfortable seating, Plus a second pool! A playground! Lots of space to fish on the lake!

ANDREW helped me get into my new apartment, and he is just simply the best! I'd definitely go see him if you are looking for a new home!

I would give this place LESS than 1 star if possible. I have been moving around every 6-8 months due to school and have lived in half a dozen places over the past couple of years and this place was BY FAR the worst. I was dealing with roaches in my kitchen and when I first moved in the apartment had fleas in it! With very reasonable request from myself, they refused to pay for a place for me to stay until they fixed it (I am from out of state) so all of my belongings were exposed and it took weeks for me to fully clean everything myself.

Loud cars, thin walls, very dirty, poor management, even poorer quality of life.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

I had unique circumstances and Andrew helped me figure them out. He was the ONLY poitive about this whole place, but at the end of the day, one good guy does not outweight all the negatives this place has to offer.

While this is not lakevue specific, but their billing ageny, Greystar, is worse than these apartments and they care even less about the people living there. PRAY you never have to deal with them.

Andrew Myers made my experience applying and moving in so easy! He was so very nice and accommodated my every need. Thank you so much Andrew! The Manager was awesome as well!

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever visited. I went in yesterday to speak to Hayden, a young lady, to inquire about moving into this complex. I asked her a question about what do they specifically bill at the apartments and she only told me “pest and trash” but I was told that she lied because a resident now and an ex resident told me that they pay for “water, sewage, gas, utility admin, pest and trash”. Miss Hayden lied to my face and I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. I feel bad for anyone living here.

Alicia is an absolute horrible person. I don’t know how she even works there still. They don’t know what they are talking about, and will transfer you to someone else who also has no idea what’s going on. They don’t try to help you figure anything out at all. They tell you yes or no with no explanation. Very unprofessional. I raised my voice finally after getting the run around for a full day. And was told “ you are just mad because you aren’t getting your way” good one Alicia.

Then I was told there are no units available. I get online and see 2 available for immediate move in.

They don’t show you your actual apartment they show you a “model”

Backstory. I was originally going to get a 1 bedroom then decided to upgrade to a 3 bedroom and got denied.

Lovely place to live. Quiet, beautiful lake and they çare. Hope to live here for very long time. Nice neighbors, so far I only see nice things here and hope others do to. Grandkids seem to be happy and enjoying their new home. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Wonderful place to live. This apartment complex, and owners really do take pride in their property. Charles is the BEST maintenance. Quick, straight to work, and goes over and beyond. Very nice, and friendly. Parking lot is amazing. I love my apartment! Feels like a little home. Wonderful from porch (not like an ordinary one) I highly recommend.

Horrible management and property. Trash everywhere, algae filled lake, I had raccoons in my walls for 3 months without urgency to find a way to get them out, etc

Sadly I can say I use to love this place and I grew up here since I was four when this place was names Fisherman’s wharf and it’s said on how long it takes the maintenance man to get to what you requested fix. I’ve been waiting for a day and a half for someone to come fix my ac unit because it’s not cooling my house no more. Only hot air I had to waste good money on some fans to keep my house kinda cool with what we have. If this doesn’t get fixed within the next 30 min to an hour I’m call corporate and telling them how they been treating the tenants here.

I enjoy the community it very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The roads are a little messed up but I have seen worst. The staff in the front office is very helpful and really do care about you as a tenant. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

These apartments are absolute trash, please stay away from here, im paying $1,100 for 2 bed 1 bath and they didn’t clean or exterminate before we moved in and they admitted to it, took 2 months for my dishwasher to be fixed, had neighbors break into a car and 2 people have broken 2 different windows, this place is over priced and ghetto, has ants, roaches AND FLEAS EVERYWHERE.

I love these apartment's, but unfortunately have fallen on hard times. I had a guy come stay a while, and stole a lot of my money. I am facing eviction, but hope I can make it on time.

Careful, apartments there have mold and the owners are in denial about it.dont get you and your family sick.

Have family members that live here and they need to Fix that parking lot. It has a lot of pot hole.

Like someone previously said, the roaches and the potholes might as well pay half the rent.they make this place look decent until you actually live here. “washer and dryer included! ” too bad they didn’t work the whole time we lived there.please DONT rent from this place.roaches everywhere before we barely got the chance to move our stuff in.they offered to move us then mgmt said “jk that unit is filled with roaches too! ” YUCK.you truly get what you pay for here.

I appreciate the agents in the office working with me. Trying the best to keep us informed with the things going on in our complex. There's is a open door policy to speak with any concerns.
