They were easy to work with and very quick in getting me in with a counselor. Worked with my insurance and everything went really well. Counselor was easy to talk to and I felt like someone was actually listening to me.

The person answering the phone was unable or unwilling to help schedule an initial appointment. She stated she was restricted to looking only 2 weeks in advance, and refused to get anyone to take our information to help us schedule and after-school hours appointment.

Dee is so nice & such a great listener. I had a horrible experience with a previous therapist. In Azle, but Dee made me feel comfortable & heard. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a listening ear.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Went in for one session and then they scheduled us for the next week. Tried to cancel Sunday but they were closed, called first thing Monday morning and I was met with very rude employees. Charged the full rate for a session I couldn’t even make! Wouldn’t help with me on time or pice. Terrible people and terrible help, save yourself!
The counselors are all in school also, take your business elsewhere

First of this place is just awful. The manager Yvonne of the office is absolutely horrible. She was completely rude and never explained any of our papers. She was no help on the phone when we had a family emergency and needed to change our appointment. They were going to charge us 145$! They are scamming people for money. I would definitely take my business some place else

Our family has been involved with LWC for the last 5/6 years in one way or another. The staff, counselors, & therapists are beyond professional, compassionate, competent & overall kind! Exactly what my child has needed, and our family as a whole. They have about 17 different counselors/therapists with different backgrounds & levels, play therapy, different approaches, faith based, multi-aged, male & female, etc. They offer psychological testing, and will work with you to find exactly what you’re looking for. They take many different insurances. 5 stars all around!

I’ve been seeing Lendy for 5 years now and she has helped my husband and I and myself alone tremendously. Can’t say enough good things about her. I always leave with a plan of action and she truly helps me.

My son also sees Katie and we just love her. The growth we’ve seen from him is just wonderful.

I love my therapist! I feel like he genuinely cares, he remembers and keeps up, and he's very helpful with daily life things. I feel like I definitely get what I need out of it. Very grateful for Ean!

There has been an improvement with my relationship between my husband and I. Dr. Jon Sheperd has been overall very understanding and has helped us immensely overcome our issues in our relationship. I was at the brink of separation, but saw Dr. Sheperd and it changed my mindset and also helped us have a better communication as a couple. I am very thankful for having him and being able to find someone like him. I would recommend him to other couples as well.

Very professional! Everyone is always nice to me when I walk in. I will never choose somewhere else for counseling!

I want to start off by saying that Laura Kemp is an incredible therapist and she has nothing to do with this review. She's amazing.

Stay far away from this establishment. Please take my advise and find a center that cares about you and understand life happens and things come up.
#1 My husband missed his ONE appointment due to taking me to see my grandfather who was dying, and ended up dying that day. It was 9pm when I realized he had missed his appointment. I called the next day and they charged me $145 no show for not calling, and overdrafted my account. They said "If you would have called we could have helped you". My grandfather was DYING, and you think I'm thinking of calling? I asked if they'd do the one time thing of refunding us due to the nature of the emergency, and that I'd get them a letter from the hospital OR his death certificate, they did not care at all. I called daily and asked, as I needed the funds to go to his funeral out of state. Director said no, because I didn't call as my grandfather was dying. They kept saying "If you would have called, you could have called, we could have done something if you called". What a joke.

#2 They make it IMPOSSIBLE to get in to see a therapist, after that incident my husband was on the waitlist for 4 months.they never called, there were no openings. Only for self pay appointments.

Laura is amazing, but these people are money hungry, ruthless, and couldn't care LESS about you. They also make it hard to find how to review them. Stay far away from this place, they have zero compassion for being a place to "heal". I could die and theyd still charge me for not showing up. You can find better, and I want my money back.

The staff make it impossible to be seen by a therapist.they have all these ridiculous requirements in order to be seen and after you do everything asked they will cancel your appointment.they put you on a waitlist and call you 8 hours before to tell you to come in.giving the parent no time to make arrangements at work.they have no consideration for the child that is hurting and needs help.the staff is pathetic
