Dr Nguyen is the best. Very attention to detail and takes her time to explain the process. The front desk made check-ins a breeze. Overall a good experience and they're now my new dental place. Highly recommended!

The new owner is Unprofessional and not trusted at all. All the good reviews go to the previous owner.

I love coming to this office. All of the staff is friendly, polite, and professional. The office is clean and the vibe is relaxing. There's also a gorgeous view as you are sitting in the patient chair.

I brought my child here to have dental services done. And what I got in exchange was a life experience that I didn't ever think I'd have in my lifetime. Before our first visit I had her dental xrays sent to the clinic, and confirmed with our peds dentist that they had been sent since what she needed they couldn't do because of her age. While at Lakeshore I was told that I didn't have any dental coverage for my child's treatment plan. I disagreed mainly because I was fully aware of the dental plan that we have and coverage. I work in healthcare administration (RCM environment) and fully knew the process. So I asked some questions of the receptionist. And I guess me asking questions was enough to tick her off and hearing I had no coverage sent up a red flag for me. I disagreed firmly and said that I know we have coverage. My child was treated, I paid in full what I was told to pay. Because I knew I could reach out to the dental plan. We were then told that her crowns would be back in 3-4 weeks. Which wasn't said prior to the appointment. And would have made me select another provider. But at that point my child wanted her teeth corrected and we were there so I pushed forward. But what I endured and experienced was absolutely the most unprofessional receptionists ever. I was told that I was making things difficult, because I asked them to actually submit the preauth correctly. I called the dental plan while at the clinic, waited on hold and verified that the original preauth was submitted incorrectly. And instead of thanks for helping us correct our error, I was again insulted with "you said you were doing our job". Which I never said but if I had would it have been a lie? No because the preauth was incorrect, they didn't have the portal established so patients had to pay whatever they said because they were waiting for a letter to come in the mail to get the correct numbers from the insurance. We are in 2023, providers using payor portals doesn't take any time to do and patients have immediate access to what the claim cost will be. I explained the process and was not clearly heard by the receptionist at all. She then said she would submit by paper and I called the insurance again to ask the process for enrolling the dental provider into the portal. At that point the DR got involved and said she would get it done. My child's treatment costs were paid for by the plan (which I said originally), and I'm due a refund. But the way I was treated had nothing to do with anything other than disrespect and unprofessionalism. Being told I'm difficult is a racially stimulating insult to me. The issue was that I didn't just shut up and do what I was told. I called the insurance and verified I was correct. It was unprofessional to call me difficult when I took the steps to help your company in getting enrolled in a payor portal and finding out that in fact what I said originally about the claims being paid was correct. No apology was given. And I'm ok with that as an adult but when I think about the fact that this happened while my child witnessed it all; is horrible. What I want to teach my child is not to allow someone to treat you poorly but paying them to treat you poorly is insane. Asking you to do the basics for your profession isn't being difficult. This experience affected my child which bothers me the most. She shouldn't have to experience any pain. But not numbing her teeth area to remove the temp caps that were stuck (drilling and sanding down of the temp caps). That IS wrong. I feel bad for my child. We won't come back. Refund the over payment. It's been well over a month as of 04/10/2023. Your response speaks volumes. My statement was that I wasn't the issue, thanks for confirming that in your response. My child was in pain. You can't speak for her, I stopped you 2xs because you weren't paying attention to what she said. I'm not changing my review. Future patients will see your response.

This place just trying to collect money without doing anything
They said she need fillings which is not right
We check with two different dentists but they told us she doesn’t need that fillings
Really these people don’t care about patients only cares about money

I'm new to Rockwall and was due for my exam, cleaning, and not surprisingly some filling replacements (I have a sweet tooth). Overall I had a very good experience, the clinic is clean and organized, both of my appointments were serviced on time, everyone was courteous and professional. I generally have a problem with pain control and I had no issues here, I was appropriately numbed the first time around, and so far I can see the dentist did a good job.

The dentist refused me as a patient unless I signed up for out of pocket three month check ups and deep cleaning. I’m 64 years old and have never had this before.

What a great experience it is to see Dr. Haime. My teeth look and feel great. Lauren, the dental hygienist is great, too. I am moving out of town this year, but will still come back to Rockwall to see them.

Who likes going to the dentist? Probably no one - and I've had far too many different dentists due to moving around across the country.

I called this office with an urgent issue - I was not an existing patient of the office - and they got me in the next business day! I needed a root canal and had a bad infection.

I've since come back for more work. Yes - it's the dentist - but the staff and doctors at this office make you feel like a real person and you can tell they care how you feel when you come and go.

I'll recommend them to anyone in the area. ️

I hate the dentist and really wanted to find the right place! Lakeshore is that place for me. They are kind, friendly and very efficient. Communication about appointments are fantastic and they are always flexible if my schedule changes. Lauren the hygienist is so sweet and the docs are really great. Thanks lakeshore for always taking great care of me!
