I bought a car here a few months ago, already has a bad transmission and overheating issues. When I purchased the vehicle, Jason Lenamond said they would “not leave us hanging” if the car had any issues. Clearly, he lied as they have refused to help in any way. Don’t trust this dealership; one day I’ll find an honest salesman, but it won’t be here.
Gentlemen came up to me and greeted me, asked what kind of service I was looking for. He was honest, patient, and the service was fast.
We have been working for 6 months or more trying to get the AC blower to work in a 2002 Tahoe. Finally it was completed and we appreciate all of those individuals that worked on this issue, Especially Chuck who never forgot us. Thank you Larry and Linda Christian

My first time in. Bought my Chevy truck in Dallas but decided to have serviced near me so I gave Lakeside a try. My service advisor, Elizabeth, knew her job well. She let me know in advance how long it would take and how much it would cost. They were very busy and it took just a little longer than expected. Elizabeth found me in waiting room and kept me updated. Free car wash at the end was a pleasant surprise. Service with an honest personal touch. Lakeside has my business.
Dropped off a 2020 Silverado to get a few minor interior things fixed and to diagnose the check engine light. Chap told us it would be done in 4 business days. He was supposed to call us on Tuesday. But it took 5 days just to get an estimate. Not to fix it like we were told, just to get an estimate. If I had known, they were only going to do an estimate, I would have found another dealer that wasn't backed up for 5 days. It should have only been 4 days but Chap couldn't be bothered to return our call on Tuesday. They apparently have way too much work available. I'll be finding a better dealer to work with.
These scum bags tried to sell me a crashed vehicle claiming no accident when i had proof there was accidents
Staff were friendly, and it was a very relaxed and easy-going atmosphere. Never felt pressured, even when we got into Finance. Our sales associate Bubba Armstrong took great care of us through the entire process! It was a 45min drive from our house up near Denton.but it was worth it to come to a dealership where you're not treated as just a "sales goal", you're treated with respect regardless of if you buy a car or not. Thank you Bubba and Lakeside!

Got some time and extra money. Stop by and this place will accommodate you. 2-3 days later they will reimburse you with an apology that the car you reserved is no longer available.

Purchased a Trailblazer at Lakeside about a month ago. Jason was awesome, very helpful, honest and transparent, he makes the car buying experience such a breeze. I had a fantastic experience at Lakeside Chevrolet Company while purchasing my Chevy Colorado 2023 truck! Ian, our salesman, was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. He readily addressed all our questions, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great buying experience!
Worst customer service. I bought a used car at the end of June. One of the keyfobs did not work, and within 2 weeks, the check engine light came on. It took them an entire month to get me in for service, since I was 15th in line for a 'courtesy' vehicle. I did purchase a service contract, which I was told covered "everything that touches oil and makes the car go. " This apparently does not include the programming which tells the car *how* to go. I was also told it would be honored at other dealerships closer to me, which was a half-truth at best. Some will accept it, but need to have a third party approve the repair, which adds up to 2 weeks to any repair time. Sales paid for half of the repair today, but I was required to pay for getting the non-functional keyfob to work.
Ultimately, any savings you would get buying here are offset by the lack of communication and assistance you get if things go south.
A great car buying experience. I ordered a new Bolt EUV from Lakeside which took about 3 months from start to finish. My sales rep, Roy, was transparent, knowledgeable, and communicative the entire process. There was no haggling, nickel and diming, hidden costs or fees, or any of the other dreaded dealership antics. Luis, the finance expert got me in and out quickly. He offered in-house financing and a warranty but was not pushy at all when I declined and was friendly and helpful. I really felt like I was a valued customer the entire process. I cannot recommend Lakeside enough, they were all great to deal with.
