Lakme Beauty Parlor, Irving TX

One of the worst service i ever had, they made me wait for one hour even after taking an appointment inspite of asking them if it will be delayed as i’m 8month pregnant.
How can someone be so irresponsible. There are way more better salons in Irving or Dallas area. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

This place is horrible in terms of eyebrow threading! She ruined my right brow. I would never returned to this place ever again.

I went for threading. They spoil my eyebrows shape and one lady who did threading she did so hardly and badly that blood came near both eyes

Worst service, very unprofessional. They even scratch the skin of my spouse when performing eyebrow threading. (Picture for reference). Not recommended.

The salon is very busy. I suggest take appointment and than visit, also call them before leaving for the location. I went for eyebrows and upper lips by taking appointment for 1 pm, although I have appointment I have to wait. Although I have after appointment, I am happy with result. I like shape of eyebrows and the density she maintain, because I have very less volume in my eyebrows, so people made it thin or too broad. So yes I recommend this place, they have good staff who knows what client is looking for.

Too much of waiting even after taking appointment. No one are at counter and no one responding when we call them we are hear too

Too much waiting, I think they should have more people although they provide good service people have to wait much that’s not good we came from far it’s not like we don’t have salon there, we just came because they have good service, I think it’s not good to make people wait more than an hour just to do eyebrows,

Very bad service. That lady don’t even know how to apply wax. I asked her not to do and she called another lady and she is good.

Lakme is the best salon I have ever been to! The owner of the salon is super sweet and she is very respectful! I recommend Lakme to everyone!

Very Very Very BAD. I went for chin wax and she used very hot wax and later i got 5-6 scars on my chin and the neck.

Run from this salon don't go even its free. Worst salon ever i have got my eyebrow thread in many places but I went to this salon yesterday after I got my eyebrows done my eye lids are still hurting still hurting and burning and my eyes are red.its not worth it. I would not recommend this salon to anyone

Young girl at front after letting her know I dont have appt said it would be 10-15 minutes for service. I told her I'd step outside & come back in 10 which I did. Wait time was more than 45 minutes for me and they don’t inform me that apparently since some other walk-in came while I was outside the salon that she would go first? The girl at counter disappeared when it was my time to resolve how apparently she can go before me? They don't even let you know in advance that you will now be the second walk-in unless you were to actually ask them. Service was not good. Don't be at the front counter if you cannot be attentive and focused on all potential clients and wait till last minute to let them know how the rules will work there (even during COVID times)! Please be upfront & honest so others aren't wasting their time or then be explained on how I should've done this way or that to avoid this kind of confusion. Will not be going back.

Very bad service. Didn't follow up with appointments which is very inconvenient and they close a hour 30 mins before the actual closing time. Don't put enough effort into customer care. Never coming again please save your money and also this is the 3rd time they closed before my appointment.

I went to this parlor today to get my hair cut. I told the lady I wanted to get my trim my dead end and do my face frame. She said my hair was thin and she didn’t think I needed face frame, she went and did a u shape on the back in under five minutes and cut 4 inches of hair where as she am said she would only do 2 inches. My hair was not leveled properly and it was one of the worst haircuts I had ever received. I was told the hair cut was $10, she charged $15 and said she had said $15. This place is awful stay away and save your money

Went for waxing the arm pits, well
1.she responded rude
2.taken me to a room in a hustle and nothing to cover myself
3. Just a waxing and even asked for second time to redo it she did it worse

Not a good place guys and worst service
As I am here in Dallas just for a short vacay did not get a chance to find the nearest one in such a short time.
Guess I would prefer Ulta beauty next time
