Lalita Gupta MD, Dallas TX

She is incredibly rude and doesn't know her patients. My mother is being seen for low platelets. Three times now, Dr. Gupta has referred us to a hematologist for evaluation. We had the evaluation after the first referral, and now two additional times she sees the low platelets on labwork and refers us to the hematologist like she's never seen it before. She is condescending to my mother and blamed us for the hematologist not sending records to her for review. Oh, and that was before the two additional times she tried to send us for what we already did. She does not know her patients and only looks at medical records and lab numbers. Also, barely lays a hand on my mother during visits. What happened to doing a physical exam? We are definitely moving on to someone who actually cares.

Everyone from the receptionist to the lab techs were pleasant and helpful which put me at ease. Dr. Gupta listened to what I had to say and quickly offered helpful suggestions. I felt she had my best health interests in mind.

I would have given 5 stars, but they did not put a date I can go back to work on my work release. I have to make another trip to the office to get another

I visited Dr. Gupta few days back. She is an expert and knowledgable doctor. She asked me relevant questions regarding my symptoms. She then did few tests and accurately diagonised me. She also explained me which medicines need to be taken. I was healed in very short time frame. She is a blessing to me and my family’s health needs.

Awesome experience. Very friendly and positive environment. Dr Gupta really goes in detail to explain treatment options, and have always been very patient. She is always on time to attend, and have a great service attitude. She also has a lot of knowledge about different medical issues which she loves to share instead of being just fixed mind. We call it a growth mind mentor where she learns a lot and love to share with everyone. Our family had been going here for last 10 years and always have very positive experience with her. A great service, a great person, a great doctor.

I had my first appointment ever with dr. Gupta. The appointment went very well. She was very observant and did a nice Overlook of my body and eyes. She also prescribed a medication for anxiety that I was hoping she would prescribe. She was very friendly and outgoing and accommodating. I liked her very much. I plan to continue going to her for all my primary doctor services.

I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Gupta. She answered all my concerns, and was very attentive to my needs. She explained my medications and their use and safety for my condition.

For many years I have gone to the same health clinic. Dr. Harrison retired and Dr. Gupta has been my doctor for the years since. Both are the most understanding, professional and knowledgeable doctors I have met. Dr. Gupta cares for my personal health needs and knows superior specialist to refer me to. At 85. I give her credit for prolonging my life.and with her help.look forward to many more years. Give her a 10.

I was looking for a primary physician i am glad i found Dr Gupta, very humble spend maximum time with patient answer questions concerns very detailed.
