The staff were very professional. The assistant manager deserves a rating of 10 stars. He showed top leadership and communication skills!

Visited the shop 4 times in the last 2 months for various tire issues (their tires). Rotation, leaker, ran over something, and sidewall failed.
Checked tire pressures after the facts and all four after were different. + - 8psi…
Tire professionals? Not so much…

I have used this location 3 times now. There costumer service is great! They are informative, fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to get service on there vehicle.

This shop took my vehicle in promptly and gave me a detailed report of what was needed. They immediately worked on the vehicle and had it back to me quickly. Very professional and great customer service as well.

Super helpful. Erick found out that the part I needed to replaced was replaced a couple years ago and still under warrant. Saved me a ton of money!

Oil Change Coupon prompted me to try Lambs. They were cordial and got me in and out without an issue.

Did the oil change special and tire rotation. Good price, had to leave car on Saturday, come back later because they couldn’t get to it Saturday, but the price was good enough. A few minutes after leaving the Tire Pressure Monitoring system went off, he checked tire pressure on all four tires and taught me how to correct the tire pressure monitor system on the computer. Super nice gesture. Great service.

We paid $2500 at Lamb Tire & Automotive on FM 620 in Austin to have a Ford F250 battery and alternator replaced. On the first drive after we picked up the truck, the engine light came on, the truck engine powered down and would not go more than 15 mph. This had never happened before. We took the truck back the next day to Lamb Automotive to see what the issue was and see if they could take a quick look. The assistant manager didn’t give us the time of day and said that it was not their fault and the battery/alternator issue had nothing to do with the engine problems. He would not look at the truck that day and said it would be a few days before they could get to it. We took the truck to Jiffy Lube on 620 and Anderson Mill and it turns out that Lamb did not reconnect the charge tube after installing the alternator which was causing the engine problems. Disappointing to say the least to pay $2500 for Lamb to work on the car only to not reconnect the charge tube then refuse to even look at the truck that day when we came back. This place is over priced, poor workmanship, and does not take care of their customers if there is an issue. We will not be back!

Fantastic service from start to finish! I Spoke to Ken on the phone, I had my car there within 30 minutes and they were on it. Ken was outstanding at communicating with me throughout the day, answering my questions, and making sure the work I was having done was just the essentials. In my experience over the years, Lamb’s has always done quality work, at a fair price. Their exceptional level of customer service keeps us loyal to Lamb’s. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else.

The guys at Four Points are awesome. Always treat me right and take care of all my cars. Wouldn’t take anywhere else.

One screw in a tire needed evaluation for repair or full replacement. I completed the online appointment request and had zero response after 24 hours. Nothing in the coming days, but went to Discount Tire and ended by replacing all 4 tires.

I went in for an out headlight and state inspection. I explained to Erick that the vehicle will fail due to front driver side low beam was out. Also explain to him that my dash was out due to a manufacturing flaw. I wanted to get the Headlight fixed. They took my vehicle knowing this and performed an inspection. Came back to me with a Failed inspection. (I wanted the Headlight fixed). Then ask if I could leave the car for a couple of days to fix the Headlight. Which I explained to Erick prior I can’t do that. I was in the understanding that they would fix the Headlight then perform the inspection. Just no clear communication.

Very quick and efficient repairs and I have quite and old car. Everyone was amiable and helpful would recommend

I worked exclusively with Ken. He is very professional and he shares all the data the technicians generate. I would highly recommend this location and the people that make it happen.

The folks at Lamb's Tire & Automotive at Four Points Austin were absolutely awesome! I was in need of a critical repair and arrived later in the morning and they still succeeded in meeting my automotive needs.

I will certainly re-visit their shop and could not more highly recommend them!
