Lampasas Appliance Repair

When both my oven and dishwasher went out the week of Thanksgiving, I called Lampasas Appliance and they were amazing! They were able to get parts in overnight and then came earlier than expected to fix my appliances. We are very fortunate to have this service in Lampasas!

Contacted Lampasas Appliance Repair because we needed an oven repaired. Workmanship was subpar and very poor quality and value. Will never use again. Wish I had two more hands to give them four thumbs down.

We had 3 issues with 3 appliances. We called Lampasas Appliance Repair and spoke with Jessica. She was professional and friendly right away and put us on the schedule that was a week out.
On the day of the appointment, two employees came out and diagnosed the issues fairly quickly. They were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a detailed verbal explanation of what was wrong with each appliance and how to fix them. We agreed and and parts were ordered.
Another week later and the parts came in, the appointment was made and the same employees came back to install the parts and we are good to go!
We primarily dealt with Charles (he’s the owner) and we could not be more pleased with the service, response time (we were not in a hurry as this was a vacation rental), and years of knowledge.
