I had an appointment with the PA, she was not able to complete requested procedure. Dr. Lana allowed me to pay$175.00, over and above my copayment (office visit fee) and my insurance payment, to remove several blemishes. She hurried thru the procedure. The majority of the blemishes healed fine. However, 3 did not heal. I called after several days and requested that I be allowed to pay a new office visit and that the Dr.treat the 3 blemishes again. The office nurse said I would also need to pay the $175.00, again. Not very professional!
