The worst place
I went to have acrylic removed, the technician was sloppy, my finger was cut from the instrument, she had the wrong color and filed the of my nails very thin, then got attitude with me when I asked her to take the color off, and just put clear polish, there’s still acrylic on my nails. Smh, enter at your own risk.

I have given this place 3 chances and they fail me every time. No attention to detail. Their skill sets are beginner level. No mask, no gloves. Every job is a rush job. I left with nail glue all on my fingertips. Very messy work and poor customer service. I felt robbed after paying. When I made get aware of the messy work, all she did was apologize and say that the nails where fine and that its “Just” glue it will come off in a few days. If you take your self care seriously like myself. Don’t waste your time.

Had did my eye brows here this past Sunday an I'm not sure if they check the temperature of there wax but it burned the skin off my brow

I only came here bc my usual eyebrow lady was outta town. Showed them a reference photo of what I wanted n specifically said twice do NOT wax them too thin I like my brows full. Lady couldn’t even let the wax cool down for an extra 5 sec before slathering it on my face and she kept yanking the strip off with no regards for me at all. I could tell she was overplucking and only stopped when I emphasized that I DIDNT want them too thin. She rushed the job and now I have too thin/uneven brows that I’m very unhappy with. That’s what I get for cheating on my usual girl smh DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Lancaster Nail Bar gets an F. Writing a review while I am walking out the door. Thats how bad the experience was. Asked for a mani and pedi but only got a pedicure. Tech did not do a good job on my feet. My daughter was in tears over her nails. The nail tech didn't ever try to listen to her concerns. Do not wasted your time and money at this nail salon. Eventually people will stop coming to this place. I wont be back and you should never go there.

This place is so dysfunctional.absolutely would not recommend.
They will try there hardest to over charge you stand your ground & tell them what & what you DONT WANT.

The lady cut me on almost every finger, my cuticles are cut and burns whenever I touch water, my nails are chunky and uneven… this is the worst nail shop I’ve ever been too

I will never go back again, the lady was rude, and if u dnt get the pedicure they want u to get they rush on your service half doin the job.terrible service.

Update: Went in today for the first time in a couple of years. I was greeted and seated immediately. My nails were done quickly and beautifully. I was there for about 45 minutes for an overlay and gel polish.

I will never come back here, and I will make sure my girl and all her friends never come back.

These people are so sweet and nice. My pedicure was amazing, and they even worked with me on the pricing! I had a great experience!

Went in for a basic pedicure french tip and was only shown the most expensive options. After declining everything but the Basic pedicure I kept being asked if I want everything else done which is normal okay. I got the 35$ Pedicure normally when i get french tip I Get An false nail applied But not this time they used my natural nail which i did not like. I asked for my cuticles and Ingrowns to be cut and that was denied. For A small strip of white was an extra 20$ DO NOT GO THEY DEFINITELY OVER CHARGE when I first got to the counter I was told $10 extra for the Color Then they changed it to $20 extra SMH so lucky i was in a rush.

Don’t get wax here! I’ll not be back, they still us the old paper waxing… ugh Not happy at all with there service & still have hair where I shouldn’t have, she did not do anything about it after I showed her were the hair was… Also still charge me full price when there was still hair left.

The owner this nail salon is a pure con-artist. She only showed wanted to show me the highest pedicure the offer after I pacifically told her I just wanted a basic pedicure. Once my service was over I was still charged for the highest pedicure. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have raised hell. Don’t get me wrong the nail techs did an amazing job but If Tracy isn’t in again, I will not be using their services.

Money hustlers.everything in additional money. Acrylic Overlay is 50.00, Acrylic nails 35 dollars and to add a color is another 5 dollars. Money hurgry staff! Pedicure was excellent
Don't recommend getting nails done in this location

Will not be going back. Kevin did my nails and I had to come back the very next day for him to fix three broken ones. He was also very rough and you can tell he doesn't care about the health of your nails.

Worst nail place ever. Nails uneven, cuticles uneven. And they wouldn’t fix. My dip nail’s didn’t even last a week. Never use again.

Spent very little time on pedicure and no massage given pluse nail polish started coming off within first week.
