0 STARS do not recommend they try to charge you TOOO MUCH to stay in BFL and they try to overcharge you for every little thing. People cars get broken into and stolen the cameras don’t work and they don’t care

So. I moved here in 2016 and it was lovely. Updated appliances, nice view of the pool from my bedroom, elevators for my special needs son to use and I walked to work across the street. Then by 2017/2018, things started changing. Pam, the manager, was always a b$%@#, car theft started getting out of control, feces in the hallways, Trash EVERYWHERE, and the list goes on and on and on. I finally had to leave. I hate that we can't have decent apartment complexes in our neighborhood. And, according to the reviews, nothing has changed.

Do not recommend they are roach infested & won’t do anything about it! Flooring had to been put down very poorly there was a crack in the floor between the cabinets which allowed roaches to come in from other units, i requested for pest control to come & for maintenance to seal the crack which took them a month almost 2 just to do now roaches has taken over our unit. Pest control comes out every wednesday with a bucket of roach food and sprays the unit which is not doing anything they are getting worse we have also done a clean out & they’re still here! They are now making they’re way into our refrigerator and microwave where food is which is very disgusting to me.new lady in the office keeps telling me she’ll see what she can work out & call me back but never calls back.smh
