I own a Land Rover and my Wife has a Jaguar and let me tell you that the service here is AMAZING! John Pattison the GM is not like any other General Manager I have ever came across. Always attentive, helpful and available! This is what every customer looks for in Leadership and he has it! The only reason we stay with Jaguar and Land Rover is because his attention to customer service. Been with him since 2019 and not looking to change. Excellent

I do not right reviews but this experience was just awful. Took my car in for a new engine. It took them four months to finally put the new one in. I had to start calling every day towards the end. They put the engine in in one day. Two very sweet associates delivered it to me but the check engine light was on and there is a knocking in the motor. Javier was especially kind to me but it was out of his hands. I am not happy because I cannot take it back to them to see what is going on with the knocking because I cannot have them keep it another four months. Good luck to whomever uses them.

Worst service department ever! The communication is next to none even if it’s just a minor issue. Only two advisers on sight and one of them is carless as they come. Will definitely not recommend buying the brand as issues might arise later and you will be stuck with no other service options.

12/17/23 Update my vehicle still there waiting to be fixed it only needs two tires and a rim fix. Vehicle was taken to them on 11/27/23 providing dates to give you an idea on their fast reliable service.

2020 Range Rover sport has been in their Service Department for 8 months. You have to call several times or take time out of your day to go there and get an update on your vehicle. I have requested to speak with the Manager 3 times with no luck. Now he canceled our appointment to speak with him. Wow
5/31/2023 UPDATE: The disorganized shop still cannot get anything done. My attempts to get help from the GM were ignored. I found a contact with Land Rover Corporate. They at the very least called me back and are trying to help.
In 3 months it will be a 1 year anniversary!
7/18/2023 UPDATE: Land Rover Corporate did call back and have been keeping us updated since May. Although they don’t have much pull to control this shop they have helped pushing on them and parts that needed to be ordered.
Sep 2023 (1yr into this) Finally picking up the vehicle. Unfortunately, our service helper doesn’t seem to pleased with us. Let’s hope it doesn’t brake down again. I would hate to have to deal with these guys again.
Days later It broke down again. Supposedly for another issue related to the battery that was replaced already. It took them 2 weeks.
Oct 2023- Picked it up.

I was helped by Lorenzo Jáquez and he was great. I had all the space I wanted and he was really available with any information or help I needed. It was nice having a dealer who behaves like an actual person for once, I would car shop here again.

No dealership is perfect, but LR of El Paso personnel are passionate, friendly, and always striving to be better than any of their competition. I have owned several brands, and none have come close to customer service compared to Land Rover/ Jaguar. Try them out. I think you like what you find.

Update I have a Defender X wouldn’t go to Garcia Land Rover El Paso if I Had another choice they tell you to call if anything but the wait is weeks then weeks I’ve been tryna get a light switched out since August it’s almost the end of October and they can’t see me until November SMH

Throughout all my lifetime experience in the auto market
Land Rover at El Paso have set the Record FOR THE WORST customer service ever! They promote their vehicles with FALSE PRICE ADVERTISING wasting the time of serious buyers!
upon spotting a vehicle on their website i contacted them with an offer after refusing to take a single penny off the initial price i gave them a call the day after to still move forward with purchase. Only to figure out that they now want 4 grand on top of the initial asking price.
Please figure out the actual desired price for the vehicle before uploading it online.

They have always been good to us for the last 5 years of service even though i did not buy my RR through them. Sold my car to my mom, and they continue to give her great service. If I am ever in the market for another RR i will absolutely go through them!

When they want your money, they provide 5/5 experience. But the moment you have a complaint or need to talk to a manager, they are no where to be found.

The repair service is terrible, if it is not because I am going around the agency, they do not inform me of the status of my truck, as of today my truck is about 3 months old, I go in for the third time to repair a sun roof, first it was only the back part, the second time they entered after they couldn't with that, they came out with the front part not working, since that was fine, they left the awning loose and dirty, to this day I'm still waiting for my truck, the solution they gave me is if I had not thought about changing it, that is, for them it is easier for me to acquire a debt, to have efficient people, definitely not recommended

I do not have the words to thoroughly describe how horrible the service department is. I've taken my vehicle 3 times in the span of a week and a half because the AC went out. They don't bother to thoroughly check what the root cause of the problem is the FIRST time; Nor the second apparently. Fast forward to the 3rd time.on July 17th, I take it in because again, the AC stopped working in 110 degree weather. I went 3 days without communication on the status of the repairs. Since then, I've been promised call backs that til this day, have not come. My husband and I have to call them to inquire and they continue to promise that "they'll let me know".
After my husband had some stern conversations with the service manager, they finally agreed to give me a rental on the 21st because my husband was leaving town and I was in need of a vehicle. I call on the 26th and specifically requested that they contact me directly on an update. TWICE! The advisors apparently do not know how to follow instructions because they proceeded to contact my husband who was unable to answer because he's on a business trip. Come today the 27th, I call again to inquire about the repair and I get the "I'll contact you in a half hour". Almost 4 hours later, still no update.

Update July 28th.still no update.

UPDATE July 29th. STILL no update.

Update July 31st. My husband finally spoke to someone and reset expectations that the part was ordered but would not be here until 8/4.

Update August 4th. A Sales person had the audacity to call my husband to try to get him to go in and check out new inventory since it has been 3 years since we last purchased our vehicle. The sales person received quite the earful, I tell you what.

UPDATE August 7th. STILL NO CAR.and SURPRISE! NO UPDATE TODAY! I can clearly see that my car has not moved in over a week through my Land Rover app and after passing by the dealership, it is parked on the side of the service department where its been sitting there since 7/31.

Worse experience. Their lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I will definitely share my experience with my hospital colleagues and family. I am a professional and by far this has been the worse purchase/investment I have made. The lack of communication and pride to represent this high end line of vehicles is impressive. Service department is by far the worse the manager is unprofessional. He had the audacity to say “I can be your punching bag” instead of investigating the issue and coming up with resolutions. Recommend for the owner of this facility to contact me I have escalated this problem to consumer services. A handful of salesmen are professional but most staff lacks customer service skills.

The Worst dealership in El Paso. Do not go there for anything. These people will take your vehicle and keep it for months without making any progress of repair. The management team has no shame in lying to the customers repeatedly. I've contacted the Land Rover USA but they're unable to do much due to the lack of communication/ miscommunication of this establishment. City of El Paso needs to take action against this business malpractice hurting so many of their citizens.

Our customer service experience has been a struggle to say the least. I would not recommend buying or servicing your vehicle at this location. We brought our Range Rover in for suspension issues, that have yet to be resolved, and they broke our windshield. We have been told it would be replaced, but have received very little communication regarding the situation.

If your in the market for a luxury vehicle that will break down on you, with in 6 months of purchase, than look no further than GARCIA LAND ROVER OF EL PASO. And that's not all, you will be delighted by their poor customer service provided as well. Don't be fooled by purchasing a "CERTIFIED VEHICLE" thinking it will be a reliable vehicle, nope! Your better off at the Alameda car lots. And don't bother replying with an apology, I'm sure it'll be as poor as the service provided today by Mr JOHNNY PATTISON! Not a proper greeting, nor addressed as Mr or sir. Nor one sign of empathy towards my frustration. NOTHING! He was more preoccupied about my personal life than my issues with the vehicle. How people like him stay in business or have a job is mind blowing. Save your self the trouble and purchase somewhere else, any where else!

Amazing dealership. From the time you park at the dealership you'll find a sales guy helping you, offering a test drive, explaining in detail car features. Once you are ready to buy they take care of you fast, and you'll end up driving your new car in no time:)

This is the third car I buy here and I have no complaints.
