If u are tha last person to throw trash away an tha trash can is full the landlord will make you pay the fine for to much trash from the city. The parkin rule are too much to deal with this is the second worst apartment complex in Belton. The washer Machines are over priced and will eat your money off your credit card.also if u have food stamps the landlord will trade them for rent money.the landlord wont pay for someone to spray for bugs every apt has roaches also the landlord will not pay for a real plumber to fix plumbing problems. The rent is the same price as golden properties right down tha road but half the size. There is so many roaches in 1 apt they have took over an u can see them crawling outside. You cant have over to visitors at 1 time.if your lookin to get a apt here jus live in ur car itll be better.if u lock your self out the landlord will charge u to open your door. If u are lookin for an apartment go to golden propertys right up the road before summerfun.

Very poor apartments. Management is a joke. The place was infested with cockroaches. People at this complex get into your vehicles and steal. Go any where but here!

Went to look at apartment here no leasing office and the person on the phone was extremely rude and intelligible

I think you guys are being a little harsh and dishonest the management is fine here, doing their job.these they are very cute apts and good people neighbors and polite and manager who is very reasonable and friendly.rent is reasonable as well.

My son was living in Landmark, he had plumbing backing up on his kitchen floor and bathroom. They refused to fix it, but said it would be about a month before they could look into it. About 3 weeks later, they started to dig in front of his apartment. There were also lots of drug dealings going on in front of his apartment. I complained, but the Koreans acted like they didn't understand English. I was living in Hawaii, so I had him move in with me. I had paid for 7 months of rent, which included 2 months as back end rent. They put a $4400 credit ding on my credit report for the last 6 years and now they are starting all over again. I tried to tell them that I'd pay the 3 months rent of $1200, but they refused. They rented the apartment the same day and confiscated his 3 sets of snow skies. These guys are crooks. Don't rent from them. Protect your family from them.
