Landmark at Spring Cypress Apartments

Before you put a deposit down i want everybody to know that beware, don't waist your money. I and my daughter were ripped off $250. Three days after i paid the deposit they told me that i was approved and they said the apartment was ready. My
daughter decided to wait until she got message from the college. I asked if they would then give me a one bedroom and at first they said no problem. A day later the young girl called and said if my daughter can't move in with me that i can't move. Come to find out later that the young girl in the office was sweet on my daughter, i want my money back. Please beware of this place i have heard this from people that live there.

This complex is amazing! Luxury at its finest! Anthony was great! Very kind and he walked us every step of the way! From visiting the complex on Saturday, applying on Monday and getting approved on Tuesday! Everything was organized and tailored to fit our needs! I recommend Landmark at Spring Cypress to anyone that is looking for an amazing place to call home! Thank you Anthony! You made this process so easy! What a great overall experience!

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. From the moment I met the staff both Anthony and Page, everything was seamless and stress free! The office staff was extremely accommodating and made me feel like home. It could not be better located and is a huge square footage for a reasonable price. The complex is really modern, new, and well kept! I am happy to say I am a new resident at Landmark at Cypress Spring. -Stephanie G.
