This is a great local furniture store. I love how they display everything to look like a real room in my home. And our sales person was amazing! Belinda offered outstanding service and fabulous furniture. She went above and beyond. We found exactly what we needed. We will be back soon!

I went to the main store on 5900 north freeway and the salesman was great wasn’t pushy at all. I walked around the store and salesman (Scott) was talking to me about where I was from and how my day was going and then I had some questions and he explained everything to me. He was extremely nice. I then walked around until I found what I wanted, a living room and bedroom set. I explained my budget and he told me everything was in stock, which was remarkable, because I had been shopping around. He worked with my budget and beat everyone’s price, I was able to get furniture that day, without any lies. It was a pleasure to purchase and work with him. I highly recommend Landmark furniture and Scott as a salesman. Go there it is worth it.

After searching for good quality and great prices I finally found them at Landmark Furniture the last place I thought I would. After being undecided on different bedroom sets and mattresses the salesman made the process so much easier after explaining pros and cons with each different set. Once I finally decided on a set the salesman Martin was able to give me a great price and a great deal! He guaranteed to delivered the same day and he did not disappoint! Martin made the experience so much easier and I will def recommend him and next time I know this will be my first and last stop! Thanks Martin for an outstanding customer service!

The moment you enter you feel at home. Quality products, friendly service, and excellent displays that are how we would actually set up a home. Our salesperson Belinda was very professional. I have bought several items there and have been impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Do not buy furniture from these people. Quality is cheap. No matter what they say. How do you break a leg in a day without sitting in it. It's ridiculous and so are they. The store manager is the worst. Dillion Taylor was very unprofessional and rude.

Bought a bedroom set from these people because according to the sales person everything was in stock to deliver the next day. It's been almost two months and I am still going back and forth with them including the owner because not everything was in stock so I'm still waiting. I call them and they either hang up the phone on me or the computers aren't working at the time. Good luck to you if you decide to do business with this company, I will definitely not buy from them again.

The sales staff at landmark furniture and mattress are outstanding! Not only did they help my wife and I furnish our new home, they made it very affordable. Thanks guys for selling quality at a very affordable price!

Wouldn’t give this place a star if I didn’t have to. The quality of their furniture is extremely cheap. Chair was broke a weak when they delivered it. Same day it was delivered the couch was broke. Now they will not assist me. I just don’t want to make payments on a couch i did not even sit on. The manager last naw is Taylor has sent very rude a nasty text messages and was very nasty. And I am not tiara who is tiara

Don’t waste your money at this furniture, it hasn’t been a year that I purchased from there a whole bedroom set including the mattresses and has been replaced already once and Im still having the same problem I had with the first matress and every time I have call a women name Maria always answer and she is the worst person ever she suppose to be sending me a form to do a claim that would take 4 to 6 weeks and I’m still waiting for the email in the mean time I am having serious back pain that I been going to therapy for back pain

I am having many problems with this store and the way they conduct business. I have been trying get this problem resolved but no help from landmark.when I talked to my sales rep he just blew me off.

Good evening just wanted to let you all know of a terrible experience I inquired at this furniture location. Scott was the sales representative that attended us this past weekend. My family & I had decided to buy 2 bedroom sets. We had confirmed twice of the availability of both sets & had set an appointment with the warehouse to pick both sets up that Sunday. However, they didn’t have the dresser & we had to pick it up at the Best Deal location on the side which we were ok with. Therefore we came in on Sunday to pick up the dresser. However, Scott provided us with rude customer service. Scott was extremely unprofessional & rude. Employee had a terrible attitude ever since we came in on Sunday. He was complaining about everything & seemed like he didn’t want to help us at all. Management needs to step up & train their employees in customer service. I will for sure not be returning back to this location. I’m a manager as well & know that no customer should be treated in such manner. The lack of respect & customer service had me shook, especially coming from an a employee & sales representative. That shows what type of environment is being cultivated in that location. I’ll for sure not be coming back to this location. This shows the lack of training & management within the company. I’ll for sure not be recommending this location to anyone. There’s ways of speaking to your customers. Which for sure needs to be brought up & trained to their employees. So if you want to buy furniture please do not at this location. It was such a disappointment & waste of my time.

I just left Landmark on North Freeway n was helped by Josh and Belinda! They’re both exceptional n knowledgeable with what’s in the store. I recommend either of them when you visit.
