Landmark Title Inc. reviews
7Landmark is very professional in how they handle business. They communicate well during the entire process. Love working with April and Josh and their team.
I have closed with my clients at Landmark Title for many years.
My latest closing was this week.
The closing went smoothly.
It was sad though to see that most of the familiar staff is gone.
Missed the camaraderie and rapport!
What an awesome company. Highly recommend them. So proficient and fast. Easy to communicate with us. WOW WOW WOW is all I can say - DR H
Landmark Title Inc never disappoints. Staff is extremely helpful and present every time I need them for my clients. Highly recommend and my go-to Title company.
Landmark Title provided a smooth and timely transaction during the process of buying our first home.
Gave me a clear title but were not helpful after taking my money. Temporarily lost my property to squatters when a JP judge ruled against me without explanation. I had to appeal the judgment to get my property back. The title company said that's not something they cover and were 0% helpful. Took off one star because they could have chosen to help me in some way instead of being rude over the phone. I have used them three times with no other issues.
Couldn't close on a property because they said I had 2 liens on it. All she said was call my mortgage company. Ok and tell them what. As it turned out when went to Homeland title it was an old construction lien on the property by mistake, not the current lien as I was lead to believe.
