I would like to give a big shout-out to Josa, the maintenance man, for his services today. I had been having some service issues for a while, but he came in today and fixed them immediatly with the utmost of respect toward me as a tenant. Josa I want you to know I appreciated it very much, and that you make an excellent role model for your coworkers and the staff that work for Lantower legacy.

Incredible I go yesterday to the complex and I think Adrian the leasing Associate no want work they told me I need going back on Tuesday because they no have model. But I see person lucking the two models they have available and when I going to the web they have 2 models available! So I scheduled for today my Tour to see the apartment I want!

Beautiful apartments, great area but the leasing office nobody is there waited there for like 30 to 45 minutes. Other customers were on the phone with leasing agents, complaining that nobody was there in the office. All I wanted to do was get information about a two bedroom apartment and see what the apartment look like, but no one was there to help me.

Lived here 8/20-2/22 moved came back 7/22 (a lot has changed) I had another renters insurance company when it was time to renew which was March 3 & I renewed on March 2 not knowing I was suppose to send proof thought it was automatic but I made 2 attempts to call them just to confirm everything was good b/c I seen it would be a fee if it’s not done b4 March 4 of 60 dollars but I never received the call back I Wrk M-F 10-630 only time I can go into leasing office is the weekend I went in on March 4 asking why I got a fee & that I been calling which the lady at the office verified with me that she see the CB info for me & she would let her manger know & see if it could be waived needles to say fee can’t be waived b/c I received email telling me to enroll & guess the fact that I called b4 fee was assessed doesn’t matter & they didn’t return my call doesn’t matter definitely won’t be renewing in July for someone who never late on rent don’t complain made efforts to reach out its frustrating as a resident to be paying & unnecessary fee

Reggie came and resolved my sink issues very quickly. He also gave me tips on how to avoid that in the future and it was so helpful. I love this place

We love the community! We really miss all the activities that we used to have at the clubhouse like Bingo, Trivia, different holiday parties and pool events.

They charged me for a door that I asked then to remove when I moved in which the office manager told me they would leave inside my apartment and they did not. When I moved out my apartment was sparkly clean and no damaged except the door they ‘lost. ’ The change in ownership during my residence there was a very negative experience. When I called the corperate number no one ever returned my call to resolve the issue and the office staff stopped being as responsive as before the new leasing team took over. I refused to pay for the door so they sent me to collections. The whole last 6mo I was there there was a huge water leak in the parking lot that was never resolved…. I wouldn’t recommend living here if you’re looking for customer service satisfaction look out for your pocket book.

Been living here for 3 years and I absolutely love it here. Close to every, never a far drive anywhere. Clean property, and the staff is awesome!

Toured here several times because I wanted to make sure that I loved it before deciding to move and I really do! It’s quiet and nice. Love the amenities. Ahmad was really helpful and answered all questions I had!

I was a walk-in, Maria Munoz (property manager) was the person who helped me. She was the only one working at the time and even though she was busy she still took the time to answer every question I had and never made me feel rushed. The community unfortunately was not quite what I was looking for, so I will continue my search, but again, customer service was immaculate.

Marie Muniz was amazing helping us secure our new home. I absolutely love my new home. She was so patient with us, she stayed over just to help us complete our paper. She was there for us every step of the way. Thank you so much!

Marie Muniz was the best apartment leasing agent I know! She stayed late to make sure my roommate and I were taken care of and promptly moved in. Definitely would recommend her as well as this property! Thank you again Marie! ️

This place is definitely not a "luxury community. "
Do you think a luxury community have a tenant who drunk sings so loud at midnight or screams as if she's strangled while getting busy at 5am? Or one of two bbq grills is always out of order in a luxury community?

I moved out over a month ago but they are still charging me the amenity fee, which doesn't make sense at all: how could I use their amenities (pool, gym, garbage velvet service, etc) without my physical presence there?

The community officer who is suppose to respond to any emergency calls after hours NEVER ANSWERS.

This review is for the LLLA Maintenance Team. Ricardo and Carlos are very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. All calls have been answered within a day of placing the work order. Always friendly and willing to help with anything. Truly a huge plus to the property. People like this add value to any place. Thank you guys!
