The only time they will contact you is to collect. It’s very concerning how you can only “speak” to them with their call center (which it’s a guarantee that they WONT call back) or by for sure going to the office. (If you can catch them actually in their seats) ? Move here if you can pray that you won’t need to contact them!

This is an unsafe apartment complex. There are no cameras in the parking lot, a lot of cars got vandalized last week including my own. They also do not enforce the noise policy, there are loud parties at the pool 3-5 times a week.

Hello everyone, this will be your forever home. It's Luxury all the way, and the staff are great, specially the manager Michelle, she's an expert at her job and loves to help everyone.

I was there a few days ago to look at an apartment at Lisa was wonderful and very knowledgeable of her job. Roberto I met him a maintenance worker who is very friendly and outgoing look forward to moving in soon

You might be tempted to move here with catchy sign on offers. But I would think twice before moving here. I moved here on sept 2nd and it’s been a month and I haven’t received my washer/dryer unit yet. I’ve been going to leasing office since day 1 asking about it and every time I go they say “you’ll be getting this week”. I mean literally same answer or they’ll say the issue is with GE they’re not delivering the units yet. Apart from that, I haven’t received my smart lock (which is like mandatory in this community) and despite that they charge “smart fees” every month. Oh also, I haven’t gotten my patio storage door keys yet. If you’re moving here, I would say good luck with your maintenance complaints they will take forever to respond. At this point, I’m tired to go to leasing office and hear same answer every time. The only good part in this community is the dog park, swimming pool, and the walking trial.

Update:
I got my laundry unit installed successfully around mid October and I got my smart lock installed few days back. I’m bumping up my ratings to appreciate the fact that they’ve heard and improved their maintenance requests. I’ve raised couple of maintenance requests recently and I got help immediately. New crew is really good.

Lisa was very helpful and kind, I am new to the area (moving from out of state) and she told me about the area what shops were near by, the local schools and some good restaurants it was really nice to meet such a friendly person and it was an easy choice to try to get an apartment here oppose to anywhere else

Went in looking for a apartment for my daughter. Michelle was very helpful and friendly. The community was beautiful. Loved the pool, fitness center and pet spa. The apartment was spacious and well planned out.

Surely I can do the same thing for the next two years and have the same experience in line with my job in a way to help them out and we can get

Came in looking for an apartment for my son. Michelle was very helpful and patient as we asked a ton of questions. The apartment was beautiful. The pool was amazing and so was the fitness center. My top choice for him!

I stopped by for a tour of the property and Lisa was the one who assisted me with the tour of the property and showing me all the amenities around the community. She was very professional and well spoken. Lisa also talked about the area around with restaurants, shopping and fun stuff to do.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This complex is so nice and so well taken care of. Michelle and her team are all so helpful.

This place is very safe and secure! Delinquents beware, there's a State Tropper living on site, and they have a safety patrol roaming 24/7. Non-residents are not allowed to use the facilities, nor loitering and prowling. There's cameras everywhere too and they are recording all the time. The whole community is no-smoking allowed! Zero noise tolerance during quiet times and they do knock on your door. The manager Michelle is the best, she's on top of everything and takes great care of the residents, the staff, and the property. NO NONSENSE HERE!

It is a different place to live since Michelle took. She gives great service and truly cares about us. Highly recommend!

Love living here. My apartment has granite counters, is very spacious and wood floors. The manager is very responsive and friendly. Maintenance is fast!

New maintenance crew is amazing at what they do especially Eduardo! He was extremely helpful, has a great attitude, always smiling, and is always available when ever needed. Best apartments I’ve lived in so far, They truly care for residents and are always on the move!

I love living here since the new people have taken over. Michel is very responsive and has returned my calls after they close. Highly recommend

3 years a residence, many many bad managers and flooidng in my apartment for over a year, every appliance stopped working properly and never got fixed. Tools were stolen from my garage. Management is run by bunch if punks with arogant attitudes. Stay far away.

My apartment is modern and functional. The pool, fitness center, clubhouse and pet spa/ park is amazing and save me so much $. Michelle the manger is so friendly and accommodating. I love living here!

I’ve been here about six months, and I love it! The staff is super friendly and always available. It’s modern and clean - great place to live!

To be honest. After reading all these bad reviews about all 3 of these complexes. I'm going to save myself the headache and go somewhere else. Thanks to all the residents that got out and spoke the truth on these folks! Props!
