Lapels Cleaners, Prosper TX

Used this cleaner twice. Once months ago, had issues. My uniform was "cleaned" yet returned to me with double creases down the front of one leg on each pair of trousers. Both the trousers and jacket covered in lint.

Was in a bind so I tried them again this week. Brought my previous issues to the guy behind the desk's attention. Collected my uniform today and guess what?

Same issues. Called the location and explained the issue. Sent the location the picture attached. All he could say was, " I told them about this and have no idea how to make it stop. I'm sorry. Would you like me to let the owner know? " Sounds like a plan to me.

Not a peep from the owner. No offer of a refund.

Avoid this place like the plague.

Long story short, I picked up my clothes and they still had the same pet hair on them that I dropped them off with. If prices are going to be as they are, the service should match, in my opinion

Many times I receive my pants and they are not creased & I have to send or take them back to the cleaners. I feel the price is very high.

So happy my blanket is very expensive and heavy I was afraid to take it in but the results were far more than what I expected! Looking for a place this is definitely “The Cleaners”! Thanks again!

Always great service. The guy there is very obliging and professional. The work is always great.

The worst dry cleaning I have experienced. Sweaters were hung on hangers and stretched at the shoulders, dress shirts look faded and all of the collars were wrinkled. Save your clothes and don’t go to Lapels

Always friendly and inviting. I failed to physically point out meticulous spot stains both times I've used services, so they were still there upon retrieving. My fault not theirs.

One of the best experiences I ever had dealing with Dry Cleaning service. I'm very pleased with this location.

Lapels in prosper (university drive), does a great job. Clothes look great. Never lost a single garment. Prices are fair. One small issue is the text service to schedule deliveries does not work and causes some confusion for us to know if we will get our garments delivered or if we have to drive to the store to pickup. Hoping that gets resolved soon!

Place cleans my clothes and hasn’t ever messed them up. I do wish they had assigned parking so one doesn’t need to park far away.

Second time using them for a comforter. Added a dress this time. I like how they package comforters after cleaning. Dress came out nicely.

Great experience, but didn’t know until my hubby came home we had several more loads of items there.

I’ve used Lapels in Prosper for a few years. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Turn around time is fast and have never had a problem with any service.

I took dress pants in to get cleaned and they got the stain out. I suppose I should have asked them to press the pants. I like to have them slightly stiff. Next time.
