Ask for a half a day at work to show up at a 2: 30 pm appointment. Showed up early to get my blood drawn as I was told. I was there at 1: 38 pm. I was escorted to the room at the 3: 00 pm when my appointment was at 2: 30 pm. At 3: 20, I walked out because no one ever came in to see me and I had to be back at work at 4: 00 pm. This is the usual routine at this doctors office. It is very unprofessional the way the patients are treated! Oh! But they make sure you are charged the copay as soon as you get there.

Have had issues on numerous occasions getting my mother's medications authorized by the doctor/staff to the pharmacy. They say it will get done and they will call to advise it was done. No call from them hours later. Call to pharmacy and it was not taken care of. Apparently office closed at noon today, Friday, so can't call them AGAIN to fix this until Monday. So frustrating having to deal with this over and over.

I found Dr. Mancera to be very thorough in his job. He leaves nothing unchecked! He listens carefully and makes sure to address your concerns. He is methodical and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain and educate.
The staff is professional and helpful as well, even the facility is taken into consideration. He takes his practice seriously, and cares about his patients.
