I had an appointment at 4: 45 it’s 6 and the doctor hasn’t even came in yet and it isn’t the first time i’ve had over an hour wait to get checked

LSMC.where mediocrity is the highest achievement. I'm guessing they must pay for these "good" reviews or have their staff write them themselves. If you need your temperature checked, and require a dose of condescension and disrespect.you need not look any further. If you seek and value professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, respect, and expertise.you should definitely look elsewhere. Perhaps, if the "doctors" here spent a little less time on their goofy haircuts and over inflated egos.they could actually give their patients the care they deserve and pay for. Not to mention their less than stellar staff.you can tell the dis-ease is running rampant at this joint.

Best decision was to visit Dr Solis a couple of months ago after having so much pain in my left knee. I suffered for months not being able to take the stairs at work and barely at home. Today I take the stairs daily and so thankful to Dr Solis and his nurses Roxy and Gladys. They treated me like family.

Totally recommend this facility.

I had a wonderful experience from the get go. I love Gladys she was so attentive, walked me through the process and explained everything to me if I didn’t understand. You are in great hands the minute you walk into their office.

I went in for an arm check-up, but before making an appointment i confirmed with one of the receptionist that my insurance will cover and without a doubt it she said yes you are covered. At the end of the appointment they mentioned that the insurance does not cover a single penny. What a way to secure a patient and their money i would say.

Highly recommend Laredo Sports Medicine Clinic! Every time I have been there it is very clean and doctors and staff are always very attentive. Gladys is always friendly and helpful with any questions or worries I may have.

Very satisfied experience, short waiting time before called in. Nurse and Dr's assistant very professional and explicit explaining treatment and procedures for surgery.

The new facility is amazing, they help you set an appointment right away and Gladys the medical assistant and Dr. Solis give their 110% to help my family get back on their feet.

Best patient experience. Excellent PTAs and extraordinary Physical Therapist (Ida). Dr Potty has performed 3 surgeries from which I have successfully recovered. Front staff is very welcoming and patient with accommodating my busy schedule. Highly recommended!

After Having an intense surgery in Dallas, Tx, so far so good here at LSMC! Gaby, Annalee, and Omar do an amazing job with technique and are phenomenal assistants! Highly recommend!
