Professionally amazing team and Doctor. Ive never been so happy with my smile. Everyone is so family-oriented, friendly and caring. The quality of work done here is more than impressive you can actually see the experience and care the Doctor puts in. I def found a dentist for life.

Went in for ortho consultation, super nice people. Was told they would check with my insurance to see what they would cover and never heard back from them. On top of that, the amount given was $7300 for each child.

Dr. Borgman & Lucinda make every appointment pain and stress free! The office is flexible with their appointments which is necessary for my hectic work schedule. I really love that the staff takes time to educate & inform me about everything they’re doing & why. My dental knowledge is minimal but because they go the extra mile to help me understand, I’m never worried. My teeth look amazing:) You guys rock!

I first felt comfortable with Dr. Borgman but after my last visit I was told that I had a gum infection and got the procedure done. I was not convinced that I had a gum infection because I've always had healthy gums so I went to Monarch Dental two days later for second opinion and my gums were normal.

Also, I noticed that Las Colinas charged me for a test that I didn't ask for. I'm never going back to this office. I don't trust them anymore.

I heard of Dr. Borgman through a family member so I drove my family 6 hours to meet him. He took great care of my son and Lucinda was so great at comforting him as well. I will definitely drive back to see them again.

Dr Borgman and his team are so great to work with. I have a crazy schedule with work, and it never fails that I have to ask to move my appointment around, Lucinda and the team are always willing to work with me and fit me in to mitigate lost time in my treatment!

I came to them with so much dental work that I’ve put off and I am so glad I did! I had dental anxiety but Dr. Borgman is so great with me not feeling any pain or being uncomfortable. Just got my braces on and I’m so excited for this journey. His assistant Stephanie is so sweet and gentle and Lucinda at front desk is always so cheerful. Great staff. Great Doctor.:)

In essence, I paid over $5,000 for one successful crown. I had another crown done and it continued to hurt so they did a root canal (never ever get a root canal) and it was worse. So eventually I went somewhere else and had it pulled and it was abscessed. It’s been a couple years of pain and discomfort and they left me feeling frustrated and lost.

Just moved to Dallas and found a Groupon for cleaning and one tooth filling. The staff was exceptional, nice, and thoughtful. They took their time to take care of what I needed. The years of experience, the nice staff, the warming environment, they deliver! I’ll be coming back! Really don’t understand how anyone would have anything bad to say!

I've been having quite a bit of dental work done by Dr. Jeffrey Borgman, and have been very happy with the treatment and the results. Dr. Borgman and his staff are very professional and also very considerate. I highly recommend them.

I have been coming to Dr. Borgman for four + years. Always top notch expertise. He's not someone to just throw something together for you, but a perfectionist. I appreciate him and his staff always making me feel welcome and appreciated.

Staff is nice if you don't get Groupon you would have a good experience. I paid $60 for cleaning xrays and one filling didn't get any of it. They told me I needed a deep cleaning and couldn't get the filling until I get the deep cleaning what a joke and waste of money

Best dental appointment I've ever had. Dr.borgman makes you feel so comfortable and is excellent in explaining procedures. Everyone is very friendly from the moment I made the appointment over the phone. Great office great staff great doctor! If I could give them more stars I would!

I've had so many bad experiences with dental office. This is the first time in my 30 years that I've had the best experience. Dr. Borgman and his staff especially office manager Lucinda made me feel at home. Truly the best dental appointment I've ever had. I can't wait to go for my next appointment.
