Las Palmas Del Sol H2U Clinics reviews
10Great experience. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me in immediately. Everyone was amazing at h2u La Quinta address. I would recommend anyone to head on out there to this location.
Great service, curteous staff, explained everything in detail, and took time to listen to patient despite of having lots of patients and running office with a 2 woman crew! Great service/perks offered by the city.
Awesome PA. Overall great atmosphere & environment. They make you feel comfortable and they are all so positive. My son has the best treatment ever here. I made the right choice of selecting this clinic. Amanda, thank you for providing care of my son Axel.
The staff and PA were amazing and I was in and out of there! They were extremely helpful and welcoming, also.
I have been a patient here for many years and the service is great! The Dr. 's and staff are very professional and patient. They always take the time to listen and answer your questions.
As I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time, was acknowledged and greeted by Crystal and Jessica. Only waited about 1 minute before I was called. As always, Jessica was friendly and caring during my routine vitals and lab draws. Amanda Sanchez, PA, also very caring and approachable with questions and concerns. Total time spent in clinic was approximately 30 minutes. I have always been pleased with clinics professionalism and will keep returning for routine exams or minor illnesses. Overall, great clinic visit!
Couldn’t agree more with the review below. Worst visit to a doctors office in my life. First, started with the MA Jessica. Rude, condescending and lazy! I’ve been an ER nurse for 15 plus years and have NEVER been treated the way she treated me and my daughter. The PA Amanda - do yourself a favor and go back to school or go wait tables. You’re scary! We also ended up at Summit urgent care because of a misdiagnosed sore throat.
The MA Jessica was nice and professional. Asked alot of questions, fast, courteous, and attentive.
Horrible! The DR or PA, whatever he is. I don’t even know because he never introduced himself, seemed like everything was a bother! Just walked out after he was done seeing me, with no diagnosis, nothing.got 4 prescriptions when I left and wasn’t even told what they were. The medical assistant was very nice, but doctor was awful. I live down the street but I think I’ll drive to the west side next time rather than being treated like that. To think this is an “employee” clinic! Treat your “coworkers” with respect, or find another profession!
