Las Palmas Tex-Mex, Dallas TX

Food was so good.one of the best I've had in Dallas.the place was super packed but it did not impact the service.we stayed on the patio and the atmosphere could have been better.

Best Tex-Mex I’ve ever had. Queso and drinks were great but the wagyu fajitas blew my mind but not my wallet. This will be a regular place for us now.

Really good guacamole quick service and cold drinks had red snapper tacos outstanding even the refried beans were tasty! Go for it nice bar and valet parking

We recently hosted a farewell party for a colleague, and their ability to accommodate our group of 14 was impressive. Despite being seated in the covered patio, the staff's attentiveness to our comfort was noteworthy—they efficiently deployed heaters and even installed a temporary barrier to shield us from a draft, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort. The only minor inconvenience was the requirement for a single check, a common practice for large groups, but something to keep in mind. This minor detail pales in comparison to the overall experience. I wholeheartedly endorse Las Palmas for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience with outstanding hospitality.

Couldn’t get through to make a reservation on the phone, and the hostess was the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered when tried to do it in person. She was so surly.

Had a few hours to kill between flights at DFW.
Was well worth the taxi ride to get there.

An uptown Dallas classic. Great food and beverage. Hang out for a few hours on the patios and slowly savor their top shelf beverages.

The service was nice, the food was good, the waiter was nice. Not really any complaints outside of the parking (which was AWFUL)

Top 3 meals I’ve ever had. The tortillas are handmade and everything we had was top notch. The servers were so nice and welcoming.

I had the shrimp and lobster enchiladas and it was really good. Great atmosphere for date night as there is not much lights. Will be back.

Service from our waiter Josh was incredible! Made our night super special for my parents visiting. Even went out of his way to add the flaming cinnamon on the Carajillo at our table.

100/10 experience and would ask for Josh everytime! (Sopapilla cheesecake is a must)

I used to love Las Palmas! But I just feel the quality has deteriorated in the last year or so. Service isn't as good, almost always have a problem with our orders, the queso got changed at some point. I still reccomend it, just feel the last 1-2 years something has changed.

The best Mexican food restaurant I have ever been to, outside of Mexico. Incredible hospitality! This place could give lessons to other restaurants on how to treat people with true warmth and genuine kindness. If we hadn't even had food there, I'd still want to go back just as much. But the food was just as refreshingly good as the atmosphere! Delicious in house made tortillas (you can see the magic being made as you wait for your order) that melt in your mouth. Wonderfully tasteful cocktails that range from creative to classic. I had the Spicy Margarita, and it was great. I chose the lobster & shrimp enchiladas and they did not disappoint. Incredibly well done, so creamy and flavorful!
This place will have you feeling right at home, with a full and happy belly in no time! Can't wait to go back and be treated with such kindness and consideration!

First time dining at this restaurant and it was fantastic. I’ve been looking for a new Tex Mex place and my best friend found it The experience was great itself! There was one hiccup with glass being in my margarita but the server and the manager were so very empathetic and apologetic. The morale here is great. I can’t wait to come back!

There is truly nothing special about this place other than reviews and people hyping it up. The food is your typical TexMex did not find anything memorable about the food. I did enjoy the queso and chips, service was slow, was never asked if it was my first time visiting the place our waiter was not very attentive he never refilled our drink and just brought out water. I guess he forgot what we were drinking. Regardless of service the food was just plain food lacking flavor.

Best atmosphere for fun tex mex. Delicious food and friendly service. Go for the wagyu fajitas.
