On our last session, the nurse told me that they had originally mis-calibrated my skin type and hadn't been giving me strong enough laser hair removal the whole time. 8 sessions, > $1k later, and my hair looks *exactly* the same as it did before. The nurses and staff are nice enough, but it was insane to spend that much money for absolutely nothing - and then at the end they admitted it to me, with no compensation. Ridiculous.

My review is on the amazing customer service I received from Esmeralda. I made an appointment for a virtual consultation for a Saturday morning. She called me at my appointment time and was very helpful. She was very professional and explained everything. She made it easy to choose Laser away.

I am so happy I am having my services in Laser Away, all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The laser hair removal worked since my first session and the nurses are incredibly nice and understanding. I highly recommend it:)!

Every time I come in for an appointment I am greeted with such enthusiasm and treated by ladies that are absolutely charismatic, warm, professional, friendly, and make me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, with such a positive experience having me leave the clinic feeling refreshed and full of good energy. Update: We have a legal agreement that will allow me to be refunded since I don't want to complete the package I bought. It is signed and I was told I would be sent a check and now they have gone completely dark. It has been over a month. Now I have to take them to small claims court. Do NOT go here. Not only will they injure you but they don't honor their agreements.

History: I was badly badly burned here. They had me come in for a follow-up and they were surprised by how bad the burn is. I was given a prescription burn ointment and told that it could take months for it to fully recover. Still in a lot of pain and discomfort. Definitely affecting my daily life right now.

Love it! The staff is amazing and make the whole experience fun and worry free. I got Botox for the first time and I am very happy with the results. I will do it again and plan on trying other services in the near future.

Always very good customer service and treatments are great. Just a bit expensive for what it is. I would give some little samples for cleaning gel after treatments for example.

Everyone is great here. The technicians are quite knowledgeable. Alivia is especially caring and empathic. Clean, bright, and pretty space.

Went in for my first laser hair removal treatment of my underarms this week and it was AMAZING! COMPLETELY 100% PAIN FREE! Still too soon to see the results, but the staff is wonderful and the facilities are top notch!

I’ve been going to LaserAway for over a year now and have used a number of their services, primarily Laser treatment. Laser treatment has done so much for my skin in allowing it to really glow and maximize its clarity. Very friendly staff and scheduling was easy. The IPL nurse was kind and explained the whole process, even provided support (since the flash and feel are somewhat unpleasant). I'd recommend this place to a friend. Excited to see the results of my underarm laser hair removal.

Scheduling headache!

I am a new client and have had the hardest time scheduling. The first time I had to be rescheduled immediately after confirmation and the second time I was not on the calendar after confirming in person at the end of my first session. It’s so frustrating because you buy a package for A LOT of money and you can’t get in easily. It makes me want to cancel this and fight for a refund. What’s the point if you can’t get in?

I called to schedule an appointment and they couldn’t “login to check their available appointment times”. I have never once been able to schedule an appointment or get a consult on my first try calling or sometimes even in person. Truly a treasure working with LaserAway.

Just terrible customer service. The team is extremely unorganized. They made me wait in the lobby for circa 60 mins AFTER my scheduled appointment time. Then once I was called in, they had no idea who I was. They kept referring to me by another client name. I will never spend my money here if you can't figure out who is sitting and waiting in your lobby.

Impossible to change appointment, booked 2 months in advance. Weak laser, I don't think i will get rid of my tattoo within 10 treatments ($1000). It takes 5 mins per treatment and impossible to book. Scam. Beware,
