Lashes by Jolie, Spring TX

After coming from lash tech in New Mexico that I loved, I havent been able to find anyone to do them the same way. JonJon did a wispy set and it was exactly what I used to get. I am in LOVE with these lashes. Finally found my lash tech!

Great location, she has the cutes set up very relaxed vibe. She’s very sweet and professional. I’ve been to several places and her lash quality and application is the best in my experience.

I scheduled a Lash Lift + Tint with Jolie for today at 4: 00pm. Yesterday she asked if I was available to move it up sooner, which was actually more convenient for me, so I did. When I arrived, the technician who worked with me was not indeed Jolie but a male tech whose name I don’t know. The room was cramped and very warm. He sat me down in a huge recliner and when I leaned back he immediately squirted my eyes with water, without any warning even though I told him I had no makeup on whatsoever. Eyes are incredibly sensitive, so obviously I squeezed them shut which is a normal physiologic response. He kept telling me to “just relax” which was honestly so annoying, like what did you expect? You gave me no warning whatsoever… There is a much more gentle way to clean eyes with cotton rounds or swabs. He was heavy handed throughout. The lift took 1.5 hours which is much longer than usual. (Someone came & went for a fill with Jolie while I was in there.) By the end he has my lashes look like a wall, very straight and unnatural. Will not be returning.

My experiences here are always great! The chairs are super comfy, the lash techs are really nice and understanding, and my lashes last forever!

I got my lashes done by Jolie about two days ago, and I'm so happy with them! I got the anime lashes, dolly style. Jolie was very friendly and I was surprised at how fast she got my lashes done.

Honestly Jolie was nice and accommodating, I scheduled my appointment on the 4th, and was sent a message that be salon building was going to be closed. She told me that she could move my appointment to a different day at a different time, and I explained to her that that time so it was open and so I took advantage of it because it was the only day that I had off that week. She then responded that she would have to talk to her building manager in order to see if I could be accommodated. Not to mention that this was the Saturday before, and I had scheduled this appointment, almost a month in advance. Luckily, the next day she was able to send me a text message confirmation, stating that she would be able to do my lashes that day that it was scheduled initially, which was 4 July. When I got to my appointment, the building was open thankfully and She began with my lashes. It took her about 45 minutes to do them. And honestly, I enjoyed them for the first day, every day after that, they kept falling out. Don’t get me wrong either I know it’s normal for lashes to fall out gradually as you wash and brush them, they fall out with and like natural lashes and that’s that I did everything that she put on the little after care business card that she gave me with the lash brush. Today, six days after the appointment in my lashes have fallen off almost completely. I appreciate her being accommodating but in the long run it seems like my lashes were not done with care because they hurt and I’ve done my lashes before just wanted to try a new tech since her anime lash technique seemed promising. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because she was willing to accommodate but at the end of the day, clearly she just wanted me to be an in and out appointment.

Really enjoyed my experience w John, I love the classic look & doll like eye shape he gave me, very very natural which is what i asked for.def will b rebooking w him for next time:)

It was my first time getting lash extensions and Jolie took great care of me! I was so comfortable that I fell asleep throughout the session. I got the anime style lash extensions, and considering it was my first time, I wanted to keep it relatively natural. Jolie easily accessed the mapping of the extensions based on my eye shape so that it best complimented them and I really appreciated that. Jolie was fast, careful, and really sweet!

She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and was just so gentle.

I absolutely love my lashes! Jolie did such an amazing job, and her knowledge really showed in her work. She listened to my preferences and needs, and gave me the perfect set of lashes that suit my face. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was also incredibly nice.

Jolie and John are both so kind and welcoming. Their studio is cute and cozy. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. John was the one who did my anime lashes and he made sure they were perfect! I am very happy with the way it turned out. I highly recommend this place:)

During the time of making eyelashes, I felt very comfortable, feeling like I woke up from a good night's sleep. Jolie's workmanship is superb.

Before conducting eyelash extensions, I was clearly explained about the type of connection, how to connect, so I was very reassured. During the process, Jolie was always gentle, and asked how I felt. She is great, I will support her for a long time.
