LASIK, Cornea & Cataract Specialty Center reviews
12The wait was faster than other days since I got the earliest appointment. But, the glasses will be ready in three weeks.
Horrible long wait took over 2hrs to just get eye exam! Then had to choose my glasses still. Arrived at 9 45am didn't leave til 1pm. Should not take this long horrible inconvenience
Used to be a great place lately theyre just wasting my time and the insurance allotment. Went in for my annual told me i needed to get a 2nd opinion from a specialist but even if the specialist couldnt see i was to go in. After paying my co pay and spending 2 hours i was told theycouldnt do anything not even give me my prescription. Now the specialist is on vacation and cant see me until almost November and i cant get my prescription. So now im out of luck no new prescription even though i need it my job depends on it Our healthcare system really sucks its all about money
Excellent quality of work from Dr. De Pascuale and his team. His dedication, vast knowledge, vocation, and heart saved my life. Will forever be thankful! You will not be disappointed with their service.
If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. I went to get my annual exam at this place, the experience was ok. Then I went to their optical place to receive the worse experience. When I picked up my glasses, the prescription was wrong, the frame, was not the one I selected. The "Optical Manager" was very rude, he made me feel like a was crazy by not remembering which frame I selected. I don't understand how they can have people like him working there. I've been going back and forth trying to get my glasses adjusted and fixed and nothing gets solved. I still can't see clear with my glasses and can't go somewhere else because they don't want to give me my prescription. This has been going on since January, I'm so done with this place.
I arrived for my appointment that had been scheduled 6 months prior. They required $144 co-pay before they would call me to begin the process of being seen (as expected). After the initial evaluation, I was escorted to a waiting area that had no seats left. After standing in the hallway for a few minutes, the had me sit in some chairs that were setup in an entryway that seemed to be the employee entrance, then I sat there, and sat there, and sat there some more. Two hours into this madness I notice the doctor rush in the back door. I get it, they have emergencies, personal or whatever, but would it cost them anything to at least inform people that they're running late? After another 30 minutes of waiting, I could not wait anymore and had to reschedule for another 2 months out. The total lack of respect for other peoples times is really unacceptable. I understand this is an operation that predominantly caters to senior citizens, but those of us that do have to make a living (just as they do) would appreciate a bit of a heads up if you're going to have them waiting hours to be seen. What a waste of a morning.
Very friendly technicians, assistants and staff, been to Trawood, Laurel, and Doniphan locations. Dr. Ellyson, Di Pascuale, and Pinedo were all very kind. Dr. Ellyson was very caring and gentle and answered any questions I had and the technicians/assistants/staff were very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Some locations are far depending where you live but they seem to be looking to expand all across El Paso which is good. Only downside is a machine seemed to be down or under repair at the N. Laurel location so hopefully that place will get more focus and care for their equipment by the owner. Aside from that highly recommend the Opthalmologist and Optometrist Docs here!
I have seen Dr di Pascuale twice and Dr. Fournier once, and on all three occasions I was met with great courtesy, and professionalism from the doctors and their excellent staff. Robert, the branch supervisor is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend!
Dr. Di Pascuale was very detail and knowledgeable throughout the process of my lasik surgery. The outcome was more than I wished for. I even referred my brother to go see him for lasik as well. I’m happy I decided to go with him.
Great people my son is Austin and they treated him as he were their own son thank you so much
Great doctor and staff. Always very professional and try to be as swift as possible. Usually takes 30-1hr to be seen and 30-1hr to finish or more. Depending what u need to be done. The optic inside Dr office is awesome. Love them. They are extremely helpful and go beyond. Love this place.
The staff is great, and my exams have always been very thorough. Dr. Fournier takes his time and answers all my questions. I am very happy to have found them!
