Worst doctor visit ever. I would have given negative star if possible. I wanted to visit doctor Lata for bad sore throat in my 5th month of pregnancy.
1) I was asked to wait in parking lot for covid test and no one showed up for more than 30 minutes.
2) we were asked to wait in car again for 50 mins for results and even after 1 hour no one cared to call us back for our negative test results. We had to finally call with frustration and they tell us finally come inside to get further checkup done.
3) Again wait for 20-25 minutes
4) we were attended by nurse practitioner and not the doctor as she had ALREADY LEFT and no one cared to notify us about it.

Why would we want to spend 2-3 hours when we ultimately are not even going to see the doctor.

Conclusion:
- Irresponsible staff
- Doctor who doesn’t care about patients and their time

While I liked Dr Pablani, there’s no excuse for the numerous mistakes made by her nurse assistant. DANGEROUS mistakes included (not all listed) : 1.turning in incorrect lab information resulting in a huge misdiagnosis -all while knowing I was being monitored by MD Anderson for metastasis of Ocular Melanoma 2. Had a MRI done that clearly stated on the report, a LARGE SPINAL CORD TUMOR - only to be referred to an orthopedic who only works on hips and knees. Fortunately, I had a neurosurgeon who did emergency surgery and stated the tumor completely “OBLITERATED” my spinal canal. 3. Told me that I would receive a refund for informing lab about their mistake on my testing procedure, only to be informed by my insurance company, that no such information was ever submitted to them. 4. I called and spoke to Dr Pablani about these serious mistakes which she said she was aware of and they were being addressed. Due to the seriousness and the number of mistakes, I then wrote, called and filled out the correct paperwork requesting that all my records be sent to my new PCP, as I would no longer be a patient there.
Nine months later I received a letter stating for me to find another provider. This letter was an obvious UNPROFESSIONAL, HIGHLY INEXCUSABLE, INSENSITIVE ATTEMPT TO ADD INSULT to me, who by no fault of mine, had experienced some very serious, life-threatening events, and as a result of the ineptness of this medical assistant, it could have resulted in a much bigger situation.

Dr. Pablani is wonderful. She listens, asks questions that get to the heart of issues, and provides great care. My family and I have been extremely happy with her as our physician.
