Ideal for those looking for a tranquil and serene place to rest and recharge. Look no further. Amenities are modern. An excellent TEAM right from the doorman to
concierges. Their politiness and warm welcoming greetings be it in the morning or return is the first wave of etiquette that is impressive.
The design and structure defines it as luxury apartment.
Bring your own cart for loading n unloading. It’s easier on the back than when you have to lift from a lower level.

It was a great stay as I was visiting for business. The staff was amazing, very delightful and helpful, I really wished I were able to stay longer.

I would totally recommend it to all my friends, and in my next visit, I will stay here, without hesitation.

I want to thank the concierge team, and the leasing office; Sara & Sarah for their great understanding and helpfulness.

It was the perfect space and within walking distance to MDA and Texas Childrens.particularly the TMC, this is the place you should stay. The apartment itself is clean, bright, modern, and spacious. The building is pristine and everyone is super helpful. It is an extremely convenient location and just A+ all around and free garage parking and shuttle.

Lived here for 4 years since I moved to Houston.overall this place has a lot of great amenities including game room, gym and lounge area, gas operated grills on the 10th and 35th floors.you can rent out the 10th or the 35th for private events for a fee. They have a guest apartment that can be booked out for your own guests and it is furnished.

One of the best things here is the 24 hours 7 days a weekend front desk/concierge service. The front desk, valet and concierge desk have been the relatively same group of people since the opening of this apartment. They belong to a separate company from latitude/greystar but the quality of workers and their attention to guest needs and request is excellent, the front office, however, has changed quite frequently over the years with junior staff and management rotating, almost yearly to every six months, which creates a level of discontinuity and inability to form connections and understand the people who live here. Don’t expect any concessions or any discounts when renting despite how long you’ve been here or how good of a resident you’ve been. Maintenance staff is excellent here. They are very responsive to all your needs, whether it be small issues are major issues. They’re very quick and timely.

Overall I good place to live in if you’ve got the money and you work in the med center

Overall the complex is very clean, has nice amenities, view is fantastic, and the location relative to the med center is great, however the elevators are a serious problem. Since moving in about three weeks ago, at least one and usually two of the four elevators have been nonfunctional, which in a 35-floor apartment is unacceptable, particularly during the morning and evening when going to or coming from work where I have waited upwards of 20 minutes several times, which is longer than my commute itself. Looking back on previous reviews, evidently this problem has been going on since at least 2020, so it would be assumed that something would have been done since then to make this not such a recurrent issue.

To add to this, today my girlfriend and I were coming down from the 35th floor (common area with study area and pool; internet does not work there but that is beside the point) and the left-most elevator (E2) let us get in, just for it to stop on the 31st without the doors opening and saying "This elevator is out-of-service" before bouncing up and down about twice and then very slowly going down and then more rapidly proceeding to the bottom floor about a minute later. Elevators break from time-to-time, that is understandable, but for this to be such a recurrent issue is ridiculous, particularly when my girlfriend almost runs to the front desk crying and does not get so much as a "we're sorry" from anyone involved until I went down again by myself to check in. For a lot of people, being stuck in an elevator is one of their worst nightmares, and at a minimum these situations should be approached by the employees with some level of empathy and an idea for how to fix the problem as opposed to just acting dismissive and refusing to close down the elevator as they don't know exactly what the problem is, likely exposing more tenants to the same issue.

Outside window cleaning. My window to my bedroom has such a beautiful view, yet is is so fitly and cloudy with water stains. I have been here for 2+ years and my windows have never been cleaned. I clean my patio windows that cant be reached by tenants have never been cleaned. This is really a concern.

New and beautiful housing, but there is no strong security, and the management is very incompetent Two days ago, I smelled weed in the elevator

Damn good building, connected to the Intercontinental Hotel. If staying the Medical District, there is simply no better place to stay at!

Nice short term/long term apartment Building.next to Houston Medical Center. Highly recommend ever thought it’s a bit pricy but it’s worth it. The roof top swimming pool is fantastic and the view from the Gym is breath taken, the parking garage space is wide. The reception staffs are nice and friendly and the bell man too.

As per my long-term stay here, it has been okay. The view was great, their service has been clear, respectful and maintenance has always been on-time and courteous. Our leasing agent has been very helpful and fair, she honestly ran the show, we love her. The apartment size is disproportionately designed to give that spacious luxurious feel, so the bedrooms are smaller in ratios. Paints and floor tiles are as expected from a rental property and not to stand the test of time, bathrooms and appliances are very nicely ordered and arranged.
However, our issue has been on the refund checks and post-moving out documentations. Since their auto-payment messed up our pro-rated charges (we were overcharged for an entire month instead of half as our pro-rated rate because Latitude put up the wrong charges) that we were told will be sent out along with our leftover security deposit, I have called, emailed, even visited the office multiple times to ask about my refunds and documentations after several times not able to reach whoever was responsible for our case, and only received an answer of a number for our refund amount after I had to excuse work to visit in-person and ask for it, which was well over 30 days under Texas law that they would have to send us these documentations and check. Then, they sent me an email saying they did not forward my forwarding address email (which was sent way BEFORE we moved out and they responded BEFORE we moved out that they have recorded it) to their accounting office so there would be a week or two more delay time. Guess how many months has it been since that email in late September? Mind you, they don't answer their email properly after you move out either. We have not received any checks or documentations and our forwarding address is literally still in Houston! Everyone has a life and I couldn't keep on begging for the money and documents they owe me! This is borderlining if not actually fraud.
The service was nice and the place/amenities weren't bad, but with the turnover rate and working ability of the managing team, be aware before you rent this place.

I rented an apartment for a month while my wife was being treated at MD Anderson. The location was perfect and the complementary shuttle service was the best. I highly recommend this property!

This complex was just okay. I lived here for a bout a year. This leasing company has a low regency rate for residents and employees. Every time I’d go in the office it would be a different employee. In addition the elevators rarely work, there are roaches on the roof top pool, entrance gate rarely works, and the office staff rarely know the answer to questions and have to relay messages to the manager who is rarely in office. On top of all of this upon move out we were notified we would be receiving a refund check for our deposit. According to Under Texas law, you must give the landlord a forwarding address in order to receive your returned security deposit. The landlord must return your deposit — less any amount deducted for damages — within 30 days. We moved out well over 30 days ago and still no refund check. I have tried to make contact with the property more than once, nothing. I’d advise you to please listen to those who have lived here before and to be cautious of any Greystar community. For the price you pay you’d expect at least elevators and gate to work but on top on that horrible office staff and very poor communication. Only reason I’d give this complex one star is for the concierge. They are always great.

Stayed here with my daughter for my treatment because the hospital recommended here. The staff was lovely and kind. They have a shuttle to go around the facility that helped to get me there quickly.

Beautiful building and great location! I had a short few months staying here for medical reasons and I love they offered a free shuttle to get around in medical center. The drivers were nice and the concierge is nice. They receive your packages and you can get them anytime because someone is there 24 hours. The view in the sky lounge is breathtaking. I will stay there again if I need to go back.
