Laundry Boss Midlothian (inside Wash-it-kwik)

Laundry Boss is amazing! Quick, hangs, folds, uses your own detergent if you want a specific kind. I drop my laundry off in the mornings and its usually done by end of the day. Not guaranteed by end of day and that's ok with me. Aimee is super sweet, and It is worth every penny to me. She is very affordable. Convenience is everything!

Clean & good no of washing machines & good no of dryers. LB could get more customers if you have some free dryers for customers 2+loads to get to dry a load or 2 free. They have extra customers in Dallas laundry places. Abraham Riser in Midlothian, TX USAj

The washers and dryers are pretty good but the only problem is the soap, bleach, softener dispenser is not catching the item that you want

My experience with this service has been phenomenal! Grateful that this Laundromat offers wash and fold services. They are prompt, fast, and do excellent work. Typically 1 to 2 day turnaround.

Take my parents laundry in drop off and they get it turned around within a day and ready for pickup. Excellent service!

Are they really only opened Monday through Friday 7-4 pm? The bank and Post office have longer hours.

Should a washer not work, don't expect help. The number listed is for their "professionals services " only. Rude and unprofessional. Your better off washing your laundry in a creek

Nice place to wash your cloths if you need to.the one thing that I noticed was some of the machines don't rinse your soap all the way or at all until the second wash. I add soap to both 1 and 2 soap trays and only my second one got added.

Very clean place, employees are very helpful, machines are all in working order and very efficient. Comfortable waiting area with tv. Comes in handy for washing big loads like bedding comforters, blankets and sheets. Definitely recommend.

Nice and clean. Only laundry mat in town, so they keep it pretty clean. It's nice and cold in there too, tv and quarter machines to keep ya busy while your clothes are washing.

Place is always clean, 98% of their machines work and work great! I drive all the way from up in Dallas to use their machines!

Clean, machines in good condition, plenty of machines in various sizes. Not overly crowded.

I'd go 2.5, but they are in process of upgrading but waited a little too long it seems. Banks of equipment are in dire need of repair. I lost two full sets of quarters and the time associated (45 mins +) for someone to come and unlock the machines after they failed while locked.

There was a machine leaking water all over the floor no mop to be found i tried sweeping it out the door needs drains in there somewhere for such instances. The place was a pig sty management left the facility a mess trash everywhere on the floor.

I ran in to pick up my 6 dryer full of clothes after running home to drop off other loads.it was 9: 59 pm the place was a disgusting mess when i left the lady was annoyed she was closing up in her rob and pjs, she rolled her eyes and said hurry up, at which point i stated oh the place is a disgusting mess i would think it would be cleaned before closing, she said we clean in the morning.with this covid going on! Ma’am that’s exactly why the place should be cleaned multiple times alone but at least at closing every day. I don’t know who owns this place but that’s unacceptable.and no one on duty no toolset paper or soap in the restrooms.

The washing machines and dryers were reasonable priced the staff there was real friendly and helpful not too many people so we get to keep our distance
