4I chose Dr. Lester based on her impressive credentials. She’s also rated a SUPER DOCTOR. She patiently, and very intently, listened to my concerns. She also respected the fact that I’m extremely modest. She told me everything she was doing, beforehand, and asked if she could touch areas that needed to be touched for further examination. Everyone has to wear a paper gown (all clothes removed except your underwear) when she performs a head to toe annual skin exam. She is very thorough. Much to my delight, Dr. Lester removed two moles while I was there so I didn’t have to make another appointment. Yay! Claudia, her assistant, is sweet and very thoughtful. She gave me a paper “sheet” to provide more cover-up during the exam. As a new patient of Dr. Lester’s, I never felt rushed and I’m very happy with the care I received. I’m an RN (for 37 years) and I’m extremely particular for whom I choose to be my doctor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Lester!
I don't know what some of these other people are talking about. From the front desk all the way through your visit, the people in this office are kind, courteous and helpful. They work to allieviate your fears and take their time. I highly recommend Dr. Lester and this practice. I have been coming here for quite some tiem.
I've seen Dr. Lester for a few years. She's personable, professional, and thorough, and always offers at least a few treatment options. (I like choices!)
While I really like Dr. Lester, I find the rates they charge unbelievable. $687 for 15 minutes and 3 removals. I got charged for her visit and the removals (no problem), charged again for a doctor in Georgetown that I never heard of to write the pathology report (?), and then charged again for her to read the report. Seriously? ! You just lost my business.
It's also impossible to get a straight answer on even an estimated cost beforehand. I tried that!
