I have no words this is my first ever home Our apartment living on my own very scary, but as I walked in I was greeted with warmness, they made the process so easy anuncomfortable. It already felt like family. I always think God is good and God sends people in your past for different reasons. I'm so blessed and grateful for these. People that I've met that work here.
This is an amazing apartment with amazing amenities. And I cannot wait and i'm looking forward to moving in and to the future. Gu'Wain, amber, Halie, aubree. They are the best If I could have done a 6 or 7 star review I would have.

The leasing team member Amber went out of her way to make sure I had a proper tour of these apartments being very welcoming and warm, as too was her coworker Jawuan. I ended up getting an apartment unit the same day.

Im currently in the process of looking for a new place. Decided to give this place a look and Halie was so nice. It’s my first time getting a place and she helped me look through floor plans and amenities without making me feel dumb. Definitely one of my favorite apartments so far!

Met the friendly staff and did a tour with Halie. Was very impressed by her knowledge of the different floor plans. The amenities are nice and location is perfect.

The manager, Natalie, is so sweet and very professional. The leasing agent, Amber on the other hand makes me feel like I’m putting her out. My girlfriend who lives here says that’s why she never comes down to the office… because of Amber. You can tell who loves their job and who hates their job and Amber hates her job. Natalie and the rest of the staff are very warm and obviously love their job.

I recently moved into Laurel Heights at Cityview, and I must say, it's been a delightful experience from the get-go. The design, attention to detail, and the amenities provided are beyond compare. It's truly a blend of modern sophistication and classic comfort, ensuring that I feel at home every time I step through the door.

The leasing office staff, however, have been the true stars of this transition. Professional, personable, and incredibly efficient, they ensured my move was smooth and stress-free. From the very first tour to the moment I received my keys, their dedication to excellent customer service was evident. Special shout-out to Natalie, Halie and Amber for going the extra mile to accommodate my requests!

In summary, moving to Laurel Heights at Cityview has been one of the best decisions I've made. Kudos to the entire team for making this place a true haven for its residents!

After moving out in June, we never received our almost $800 security deposit back. After emailing for over a month and calling, even going up there. We’ve never received any type of information on why we haven’t received anything back. I’m highly disappointed in Natalie and the management since they SEEMED like they were nice and helpful but no, this apartment complex is trash along with the management. If I could give it 0 stars I would, all they do is steal your money and don’t communicate well at all.

I had the pleasure of working with Amber Spencer. She is so professional and have excellent people skills. She big asset to your company.

The staff has been pleasant. HOWEVER, the apartments themselves are a wreck. Every couple of weeks the hot water goes out for days at a time. Very tough to deal with, especially during winter months. The PARKING is UNREAL. I believe my 5 week old daughter could have better designed the lot. The spaces are so close together that you have to squeeze out of your car because you can’t fully open the door due to being so close to the other cars next to you. The carports have poles that fit in between the cars as well. In these instances, you literally cannot open the door at all on that side. You will have to climb across your seats to get out on the other side. My wife and I have over 10k Worth of damage to vehicles due to them being hit. I’ve had my car less than a year. I bought it brand new with just 2 miles on it. So yo can IMAGINE how angry I am. I will be contacting the office to see how they will remedy this issue. If they are unwilling to, then I will be contacting my lawyer. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you care about your car. The garbage disposal, the stove, and the microwave ALL have been broken for almost a year. They send ppl out to “fix it” for months before they finally give in and replace them (which should’ve been done immediately). If you go to their website, they have a section for reviews there. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY ATTENTION. You will notice that there are reviews but no one is able to leave one on there themselves. This tells me that they are fake reviews just to help bring more residents/income. Find another place to stay. Save yourself the headache. AND 10k plus in auto damages.

My experience here has been great! The complex is quiet, the office staff is amazing! (Shoutout to Paula & Amber!), maintenance is on point and I’ve only had a handful of problems with my unit. I will be renewing my lease again!
