I had difficulty finding a chest from a particular furniture maker to match my bedroom set. After looking for days, I found the chest on LAUS Furniture website. I corresponded with Kelly, who help the process flawlessly. I live in NC and the item was shipped/delivered with no scratches, dings or cracks. This was a excellent experience with LAUS and I would not hesitate purchasing items in the future.

Happened by 1st time in December 2019 looking for 2 beds for the kids. Decided to shop around for better options/prices as daughter wanted drawers and certain style however after several weeks of looking realized that the best deal/ bed opton we got was at Lau's furniture. They even threw in delivery and assembly in the total price with Kelly locking the offer via text message. Since we were in process of moving into a new home and were purchasing other home essentials, it was not until March when we decided to get the beds and then the Corona lockdown occurred which further delayed everything by 6 months. We went back in September 2020 to ask for the beds and got the same price quoted back in 2019 when I showed the text no questions asked. Also when the boxes were opened, one of the pieces was slightly damaged from the manufacturer and LAU's helped us replace it within 3 days at no hassle or cost. This is a long review however, I wanted to detail everything as I am extremely happy with the service provided and the competitive pricing is always a plus. Will definately recommend and go back when we need furniture.
