Before I went in for my consultation I was really nervous, emotional and beyond scared - Mr. Prichard understood the individual I’m dealing with and explained what needed to be done and settled my concerns and made me feel so much better about my situation.

Just finished speaking to him about a possible legal issue that was actually wrapped up between me making the consult appointment and attending the appointment. Still kept the meeting, where he was thorough through explaining the process of what I went through, what I should do next and even turned down services (which he would have been paid for) advising me that he didn't feel it was necessary. Extremely knowledgeable and honest which, let's face it, is not something you see or get in this day and age. Highly recommend contacting him and using the consult and hearing what he has to say if you find yourself in need of an attorney.

This office provided a free consultation. The office staff were very friendly. The attorney sat down and met with me after a conflict of interest assessment was complete. He seemed very professional. I completed all of my intake and discussed my personal concerns, only to be turned away after my retainer was collected. I will say the office promptly refunded my retainer. But two days later, I am still receiving intake emails. This is a very emotionally taxing time, and I am hoping no further charges take place.

Amazing interaction! We went in Wednesday afternoon for a driving on suspended license charge for a missed court date we didn’t know was missed. We signed a contract at 3pm and paid retainer (he used an hourly rate which in our case worked so much better than a flat fee) told us he would submit representation documents and reach out to the DA to see if we could get it dropped since he got his license back right after it happened last year. It took less than 24 hours he called us Thursday at 2pm they agreed to drop charges! We get a portion of our retainer back! He went to bat for us and was amazing with communication and was fast and effective! Hands down would recommend anyone using this firm! Thank you all again! Dallas and Brett were both great to talk to and so very helpful!

I had a good expierence with this firm. They answered questions I had and moved the process along in a reasonable time frame. Rachel Magnon was the paralegal assigned to my case and she did a great job. She kept me well informed and responded to emails in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the most horrible law office around. They wont talk to you if they do it takes weeks. Nothing is explained correctly, and their primary means of communication is E case which is a online platform. If you are military stay away, they say that they are military friendly but they are not and have no understanding of our benefits. I would not have of even given them a star but I had to in order to leave the review. Horrible customer service.

If you are dishonest and have money then these are the people you want to represent you. They are liars. They represent a liar named Bonnie. These people don’t even know me and her lawyer lied and said they tried to reach out to me in reguards to CS Bonnie owes me and I declined. That’s a lie! They NEVER contacted me. If you’re a dishonest person and have money then they are the lawyers for you. Their number one goal is dishonesty. They will help you try to get out of paying YEARS of back child support. Dead beat parents, if you have $10,000 to put down to get out of paying child support. Instead of putting it towards your child, put it towards this GREEDY law firm.
