Law Office of David E. Moore, Groesbeck TX

Contrary to the one star review below David Moore is by far the best attorney in all of the surrounding countries. I have in fact been represented by Mr Moore, court appointed, and I was treated with respect and was fully informed about what I was up against. David is very direct as he should be seeing as his job isn't to be my friend it is to represent me. I'd give a million stars if that were an option, I highly recommend Mr Moore to anyone needing criminal representation.

Reply to Samantha Canizales review without revealing attorney-client information:
Ms. Canizales was quoted a legal fee on January 16,2018 and paid for an initial consultation. On January 17,2018 letters of representation were sent on her behalf. I obtained all the discovery in the case and when Ms. Canizales informed me on January 31,2018 that she couldn't pay the legal fees as agreed, I withdrew from her representation. On January 31,2018 Ms. Canizales signed a Motion stating that she could not afford to pay the legal fees as agreed. Her signature is on the Motion to Withdraw that allowed her to obtain a court appointed attorney. The court appointed Ms. Latray on February 6,2018 to represent her and the cases were later dismissed in the interest of justice. The rest of the comments are inaccurate as well. Anyone who knows me or my reputation knows I have taken disadvantaged and minority clients and have fought on their behalf many times. I am sorry Ms Canizales waited over 15 months to express herself on this matter, and I wish her nothing but success in her future endeavors, but her comments are wrong as evidenced by the documents still on file at the Limestone County Clerk's Office this date, March 14,2019.
