Lazy D RV Resort, Hitchcock TX

This has been my second time here. First time was not all that but now that management has change everything looks much better clean your park laundry mat much cleaner still need to work a little bit but nothing that they cannot fix pool looks much clear and wealth management is more reachable. Keep up this good work.

Since new management has taken over, things have been going the way they are supposed to! Maintence issues are getting taken care of in a timely manor by Mr Mike. Any conflicts or issues can easily be communicated and taken care of by Ms Rhonda. The price is wonderful considering all bills are included! Cute petite playground and a nice pool. If you’re in the area and need a place they are definitely the go to! Highly recommend! Thanks for everything you guys do!

Loved staying here! Pool and showers are clean. Laundry mat is decently priced. Kids play ground isn't falling apart. Rates are fair for the location!

Stayed here for 13 months, great price and this was one of the only places I’ve stayed that had good enough free internet to watch netflix. Very pleasant stay here. Thanks!

All the owner cares about is the money! So any spot they can put a RV they do. Like sardines in here. This isn't a RV Resort at all, It's trailer trash. The so called office manager has never been a manager before, no professionalism. The property is never cleaned. The dumpster is always over filled and stinks horribly bad. I'm so glad we are moving out of this trashy place.

Grass stays tall, trash is everywhere, and while we was there someone stole a camper while a family went home for the weekend!

It's a very peaceful and laid back place and is very well ran. I love it here and I hope to be here a while.

BEWARE. They will steal your money! We had to cancel due to weather conditions. On the phone, they said no problem, but charged us for the entire stay! Their answer is they don't give refunds under any circumstances. It is not posted anywhere on their website and we were not told this when we made the reservation.

We weren't able to make our reservation due to high winds. We called days in advance to cancel. Spoke to the manager and he still charged us for the full amount of the reservation. Never contact this place.

I have 2 dogs and I was worried the park may be too small for them. The dog park was amazing, along with the clean swimming pool for my 3-year old daughter! Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice, peaceful stay.

Reasonable price with electric, cable, and water included. Quiet, friendly, small park in great location. Pet friendly. The staff are very nice.

I have stayed here for over a year and it is hands-down one of the best RV parks I have been to. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Great park!

My camper got broken into while I went home for the hurricane and they pretty much stole everything possible out of my camper. It turned out to be the maintenance guy working there. The owner and manager would not refund my full week of rent when I left. Very shady place. Loud music. More of a camper home instead of a rv park. Known for theft problems there. They hit several rv’s including my buddies camper. They even stole my used tooth brush and tooth paste. I will not ever stay there again.

The people who live in the Lazy Days Rv Park are very nice and sociable. This is a community where everyone looks out for each other. The grounds are kept up nicely and all of the Bill's are paid in the monthly Rv space rent. There is a water way running through the park where the residents can go boating and fishing. I love it here.

This place is a joke. I know the maintenance guy and he has stolen a lot of stuff from owner and tenants. This place is not a good place to stay

Lazy day and Little Thicket RV or the worse rv parks ever. The lower moved our trailer and we were paid up for a month. We had planned on moving out anyway. They allowed drugs are people who live there to go on. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

It was so nasty and dirty in the shower house the manager allowed someone to break into our trailer and steal everything out of it

Lazy days is an awesome park. Their staff is friendly not to mention their maintenance guy is hottttt.nice pool and quiet neighbors

We have been here a few months n we Couldn't ask for a better park they also let all kinds of dogs here super laid back people!

It is not worth the one star Bathrooms were moldy water standing in them. Very trashy place Paid a monthly rent and couldn't give out of there fast enough, We only stayed 10 days. Dog poop everywhere nobody cleaned up after their pets.
