They have always been great! I came in for my state inspection but I asked if they by chance had time for an oil change and they got me taken care of right away! Only 1 hour there in total

Called and spoke to Dayna, asking for a quote to do regular transmission service (drain and fill) she told me that LD automotive doesn't do that service. I guess they don't want my money.

INCOMPETENT MECHANICS:

I dropped my van off here I told them it has a stutter on startup and a loss of power, I’ve changed spark plugs and only other think I can think of is we got gas at a random gas station and think we got bad gas. This company kept my wife’s van 7 days and every day I have to call and get an update and everytime they’re using uncertain words like we don’t know it’s weird brother. I own a business and had to rent a vehicle for my family in this week and that cost us around $800 for the rental. We was ok with this until we get to day 7 and they still don’t know so instead of saying we don’t know they say it’s ready to pickup. We pick it up and they say we don’t know what’s wrong with it and have no resolve. They was supposed to look at my air conditioning as well and said they are only charging me for that and a random fuel pump they changed with their guessing. This caused a lot of stress on my wife and I thinking we needed to buy a new car in this horrible market. I had to take off work a few days from my business to deal with all this which cost a lot of missed money opportunity’s. Two days after leaving the ac is blowing hot in the drivers side. I own a hvac company so I work on the ac myself because after realizing it’s broke this company still didn’t want to honor any discounts and lied through their teeth! I instantly pressurized with nitrogen and found a leak on the compressor suction line due to a bad o ring. I change the o ring pull a deep vacuum 167 microns! And charge it now no problems because we had to take matters in our own hands. We heard about a different mechanic who we took it to for the stutter and he fixed it that morning said oh you have bad gas son! Drained the tank flushed the system and put gas in it the van is running like it was prior to all this madness! Thanks heavens for true honest people and if you know what’s good for you stay far far away from this place if you want to have your car fixed. These guys are family to me. I've been going to them since 11 and my folks have been going longer than that. They treat everyone like a best friend. They talk to the car owners respectfully not like they are some moron. They listen. More than once they have put my car on the rack so I could walk around and look underneath it. Aaron and Jonas lead a great team down there. I can't wait to have a classic for them to work on.
