Great personality, very professional, fast but thorough! I’ve have been following her for 4 years! I always have a great finish!

I did my keratin treatment. My hair is still the same. I've been doing keratin treatment for years in different places and it stayed in my hair for at least 5-6 months. This time by first wash, it was back to what it was. Very unsatisfied.

I had a keratin treatment done. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable helping me make very informed decisions on my hair. Raydena was very sweet and explain me every step of the process. My hair looks great but I still need to wash it to see the final results. Great and private atmosphere, loved it!

I love coming here because of the great customer service. They tell you what would work best for your hair and how to maintain it. The pricing is the only bad thing about it. I would come more often if it wasn’t so pricy.

I wanted to try this place. Booked the same service twice for different dates and both were cancelled. They said they couldn't get in touch with me but they failed to return my messages or just didn't bother calling when I rescheduled for my second appointment. Poor customer service.

Bought a groupon for a blowout and it was worth it! The hairstylist was very accommodating with my availabilities and was extremely kind and sweet. She even took a picture of my hair afterwards because she was so proud of her work. I will definitely return soon!

Do not ever buy the Keratin Treatment with a Groupon. After two weeks frizz and curls again and of course they were not taking responsibility at all.

Grace, the owner is a great salesperson and upselling is rampant here. I bought the super serum and did not like it. It cost me $120. Guess what? They have a no-returns/refund policy. Such high-end products should never come with a no-refund policy. It is an unwise business practice. Will go elsewhere after my Groupon deal is over. I looked up on amazon and the same product costs $80 something. And amazon has a an excellent refund policy. If you go to this place, do NOT buy products from here.
