Le Q Nails, Houston TX

This was our first time coming here, we got there at 6: 45 pm and the place closed at 7: 30 pm. We were not sure what colors we wanted or designs so we asked many questions to see if certain designs were possible, also regarding the price and they answered all and they were really nice about it. A little past closing time everybody started leaving but the guy doing my nails and the lady in the front were so polite. We told them sorry we went late but they still had a smile on their face and kept making conversation with us. The lady even offered to take a picture of us three after seeing we were taking a selfie. She took many pictures of us with my phone as I’ll be posting one of the pictures at the end. They even gave us a discount since we were first time customers. At the end I loved how my nails came out and so did my friends. The prices are also reasonable. So far this is one of my favorite places that I’ve gone to do my nails, we will be coming back!

Amazing work, I’m getting married tomorrow and the guy who did my nails was so patient and did amazing work! I love my nails, definitely recommend!

Worst place ever, she couldn’t remove my shellac off my toes and my nail felt on fire and it hurt so bad. I kept telling her and she kept going my nail is super thin now and the shellac is horrible she didn’t polish my toes right my whole skin was painted as well and the shellac is all bumpy.

It's ghetto now, unprofessional and very poor quality. Was loyal customer for years but this last visit was the last after Kathy yelled at my sister. If you can't do the job hand it to someone who can! Manager isn't there to address issues.

My nails look so bad, they didn’t even try. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did a completely different thing, I told her that I didn’t want them like that, and she did them again but she didn’t even try to make them look good. The shape was completely different from what I wanted, and the design also. The length is not even the same for every nail, they all have a different length.

Been going here since I was in high school 2016. When I lived in another city I would drive back just to come here because I already trust it, I know for a fact my nails are going to last. I love the prices for the quality. I currently live 40 minutes away and still make the drive for my nails I love! ️

My birthday was on St. Patrick's day and I was rushing to get my nails done and I came to my FAVORITE spot and Lilly hooked me up. They did an amazing job on my feet and toes. They are very friendly here and I am never disappointed. I am very picky about my nails and I haven't had one problem coming here!

Lady in the back desk wanna tell people what “looks better” and that they “don’t know what they want”. She was provided a photo of what was expected and just simply couldn’t come through. Instead of blaming the customers blame YOURSELF for not being professional and honest. If she can’t do her job right then she should say that. THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE NAILS. Or did she forget? When someone asks for something specific you do that because that’s your job. Suggestions are fine, but could only be done if THE CUSTOMER agrees. They lack professionalism and talent because at the end the nails this “nail tech” did were HORRIBLE. Nothing like the picture that was shown to her.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY MANI AND PEDI! Will be posting a pic of my many! I got pink glittery acrylics and white tip toes. Love it! Now my friends are asking where I got them done since I told them it was worth the 30 min drive!

My Mom loves this place. She's gone to several other nail shops but she won't any more. She likes all the ladies that work here.

My go to Nails Tech's. If you want high quality and low cost, you have to try this nail shop.

Very cute little place, Lily did an amazing job. She gave me exactly what I wanted and made sure I approved every little detail. The shop could be a little bit cleaner but i used hand sanitizer before, during, and after the nail process.

Well i could only said the lady that does my pedicure & manicure she's amazing her name is Nguyen "N" been knowing her for years. She does good designs too.
