Ive lived here about three months now, and have had no problems. Jerry is amazing and very helpful and on top of everything. The place is clean and quiet. He made sure everything was working and ready to move in.

My father just got a cute little house with Leach Property Management. The owners/workers here were so very kind to him during the process. He is very happy at his new spot!

I been with this property management company and have no complaints.from the application, to viewing, to getting the house ready to move into, and currently as I rent- I have had one of the best rental experiences.the staff and management (jerry) have calmed my anxiety about renting after having a horrible experience at another property.i recommend leach property to potential renters and assure you everybody makes their own experience. Leach Property Management has been a god send in the management of the properties. There is no replacement for the sheer experience and years of knowledge and connections they possess. It is so nice not having to worry about anything. I have nothing but good things to say about Jerry. He is always available to answer any questions concerns we have and is always one step ahead of any problems that may arise. I called to inquire about a house that I was interested in and the person who answered was incredibly rude. I'm not sure if it was a male or female by the voice but if you want to rent properties out I suggest being courteous to the people calling about your properties. That set the scene for me on what kind of landlord they would be. No thanks.

So thankful we came across Leach Properties and Jerry! He has been so wonderful getting our family set for our big move soon! He even came out and joked around with the kids to include them in the process and they loved it! Very happy and we can't wait to move in!

I've known John and Jerry leach for several years now I've previously worked for them and they are absolutely wonderful people who care about their tenants and keep their property's emaculate. I am not the one who made the previous review Below unsure why a person would go out of there way to impersonate me and slander this company and employees but I personally have had nothing but good experience with the leaches from working with them on a daily basis to renting my home from them. And I recommend them over all property management companies in Longview bc they are genuine and truly appreciate you as a Tenant.

If your are looking for a place to rent in or around Longview. I highly recommend Leach Property Management. They have fair prices, clean well maintained rentals.and when or if you have an issue.or problem. (I had a water leak.within hours a technician was at my apartment and fixed the problem AND had the carpets professionally cleaned). They are quick to respond and I really appreciate how well they take care of their properties and clients alike.

I have nothing but good things to say about Jerry and leach properties. Jerry was very helpful with getting into an apartment. But he also went the extra mile and told me what was wrong with my car just by driving up and listening to it. They were quick to fix my water heater when it went out, and even quicker when my AC was leaking. I've had no issues with any of the staff. I would absolutely recommend going through leach properties for a smooth, easy journey.

Do not rent from this man! He will barge in your home with a key without your permission! I would rather live under a bridge than have to deal with him! Jerry Leach is rude, disrespectful and a you know what! He will evict you without even trying to work with you!

Jerry is GREAT!
The only property that cares about residents and actually helps them in any way he can especially with rental assistance he has ready forms to help residents with different help agencies most places wouldn’t care at all how u pay the rent or if can pay the rent. He goes above and beyond to help which is much appreciated. Definitely a Asset to the company!

Excellent service and support during the application process and the key handover! I was excited and nervous as finding/getting a place to stay can sometimes be quite a task. I am very content with my home here at Leach Property Management; a hassle free service! The staff is very friendly and supportive. They are their to accommodate any genuine request. We are thankful for the hone we are in. Leech properties was one of the only ones willing to do shirt term lease and allowed our pet to stay with us. Our home was badly damaged and they were a le to get us in.
