Dr Mello understands hormone replacement therapy for women! Go see her and get your mental and physical health balanced. She understands WOMEN and easy to communicate with. Medically knowledgeable about multi body systems being a cause to your health problems.

I had my first appt with Dr. Mello today. I would highly recommend Dr. Mello to anyone looking for a change or a new doctor! She was kind, intelligent, empathetic, experienced, and knowledgeable. She let me know what was happening at every step and she performed the most comfortable pelvic exam I’ve ever had. They’re never fun, but some hurt way more than others. I experienced minimal discomfort, and she did it in less than one minute! What? !

Lastly and most appreciatively, she didn’t leave me waiting in the room for long. I was in there for less than ten minutes before she came in for my exam. I know she’s busy and on a tight schedule, but she took the time to talk to me about my history in a caring manner. It’s really refreshing to have a physician that respects other people’s time and is considerate. Our time is just as precious as theirs.

Dr Mello has phenomenal bedside manner. She listens to my questions and concerns and is very personable. Sara, her MA, was very kind and extremely helpful by walking me step by step on how to access certain information I will need during my care. I’m very picky with my healthcare providers and I feel I have hit the jackpot with this office specifically. It’s hard to come by an office who has friendly professional faces from the front office to the back office. I appreciate the clinic staff fully.

Dr Mello is a very kind, considerate, and well informed doctor. I had moved up to Georgetown and so tried another physician near my home. But I am back. It’s a longer drive, but she is worth it. I am grateful to have found her.
