6Bus never came, no notification of bus not coming. Had to stand in sub zero temperatures 30 minutes for the bus to come. Can't reach human to talk to.
The people that are working for this place from the bus drivers to the people in the office are beyond incompetent, numerous times my children have been late to school due to the negligence of the drivers and staff, they have missed school entirely some days due to the bus never arriving and getting someone on the phone to talk to is non existent. Absolutely insane that these are the people responsible for getting our children to and from school safety.
Transportation is destroying the attendance of my child and it's super difficult to get through to anybody / they don't update their files for students with special needs.
We have had numerous differences of opinion regarding best practices and goals for transportation. Some members of your management team do not adhere to appropriate company policy.
Unfortunately, it is clear to me that you and I will be unable to resolve our differences.
Nobody ever answers. Trying to get my sons bus stop corrected and its a ghost town
Liliana is my son’s bus driver, and I have to say, she is such a kind person! I know I can count on her to pick up my son and drop him off everyday at the same time. She is dependable and forgiving. I wasn’t so kind when I first met her and she was quick to put that aside after I apologized. Leander ISD transportation is very lucky to have her!
