Beware of this community!

Definitely not worth the charges they levy upon you after you move out. You are a resident as long as live you there and just a piece of paper to charge you for everything they can! I took their express move out cleaning and I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for anything cleaning related charges. But I was charged 175$ for bathtub resurfacing and guess what we didn’t even use the bathtub more than few times during our stay! And what not! I was supposed to get back 200$ instead, I got a bill to pay back 150$ more! I was there during the inspection and I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for anything as there were no damages or anything but I was still charged for some silly things that I shouldn’t be charged for!

The complex looks lovely from the self guided tour that my husband and I took, however trying to get in contact with anyone here or getting answers to questions is pretty much impossible. I emailed a leasing assistant Ezra about my interest in the property and he did not answer any of my questions, in fact he copied and pasted his last response when I followed up with him the next day. We will not be renting here.

This is for now the only apartment community on the east side of the cedar park/Leander border that is considered Leander. There is a new construction development that is in the early stages of construction but to the best of my knowledge is an over 55yr community. Welcome to a newly expanding and growing community where construction is a common sighting everywhere you go the more Leander expands.

Anyway, as far as Leander Park, we have lived here a year now. My overall experience has been positive with no real issues. Apartments have nice open concept floor plans, good size patios, balconies, pool area is kept clean as with the other amenities.

The hugest positive for me is flat out this. A lot of apartment complexes lately have the tendency to just occupy their apartments with a heart beat and that proof of that initial coverage of rent at move in and out the blinders on what’s really infront of them signing that lease if you catch my drift.

This community is filled with working families and or working class people. School buses pick up here and neighbors take pride in the community.

Let’s talk about the staff. The staff at front office gets it done. I have never had to ask twice for something, and they are very attentive to maintaining communication with the residence via email. Maintenance crew has always responded promptly with minor to “major community problems” even a simple “we are out of propane tanks for the pool grills, they take care of it asap.

Parking: whoever measured the parking stalls when bldg forgot to measure the size of what most Texas vehicles are ex: trucks, suvs but then your compact cars. The stalls around community are tight but there is enough parking to go around. Work with your neighbors to understand the parking on the line and give some space common courtesy.
And the towing rules - only opinion on that is revise the tow rules on property to only tow between certain night time hours because it is inconvenient to add a car to the list every time a guest my visit or stop by for 15 min or couple hours during day to and have to put their car on the list to avoid the petty tow.

Bottom line, apartment living is apartment living. Unfortunately the new builds, come with cheap throw up the bldg and rent mentality so walls now a days are thin and drawers may break easy.

They will tow your guest’s vehicle. Happened today. Stressful and unnecessary. This is Leander, not downtown Austin. If someone is parked here it’s because they either live here or are visiting someone living here. The construction next door is ridiculous, there have been many 3am concrete pours happening with bright lights shining and loud noise middle of the night. Regretting moving here.

I visited Leander Park two weeks ago and wanted to make sure that I highlight how great my tour was with Jan. As soon as I entered the door, Jan was very professional and extremely positive. She was interacting with the residents that were there and I could tell that they appreciated her help and presence. As we went on our tour, the golf cart broke down but Jan didn’t let that phase her positive attitude. The facilities look just as they do in the pictures and the residents we passed by were friendly.

Though I decided on a different location for my new home, I wanted to make sure that Jan was recognized for her amazing customer service, professionalism and just being a joy to be around!

The new management here is so friendly! They chat with the families and even the kids to make everyone feel welcomed and at home!

I moved here end of May 2021 and recently renewed my lease because the rent is cheaper than those of other places. Keep in mind though that with cheap rent comes cheap material. While the apartment is beautiful, the material is so cheap that a simple tug of your chair can leave a scratch mark on the floor. My windows weren’t installed correctly and I can easily and completely pull off the bottom half. The doors are not properly sealed. I have about three pieces of weather stripping dangling from the top of the door since the first week I moved in and one dangling out at the bottom. The heater and AC are super loud. I always have to turn up the volume on my TV and I feel bad for my neighbors downstairs when I do so, or even when I’m simply just walking because the material is so cheap. Nonetheless, if you’re only looking for a temporary stay, this apartment is not terrible. It’s tidy, the maintenance team is wonderful and quick to respond even though they did an awful job on my door’s weather stripping, and communication with the office is 1000x better with the new management team. The last one, I never got a response no matter how many calls or emails I sent, but this team is on top of it.

I've had a really good experience living in this apartments, near the apartments situate the good school. My experience with the manager Kaeli and the rest of the people that take part of the team running the apartments are amazing, I've had a great experience with them, they're friendly and overall helpful when it comes with maintenance situations and others.

Great view, great apartments and nice size. Sunsets are great here and so is the moonlight. The staff if outstanding! Very responsive. I still have yet to wander into the gym and the pool, but I will get there. I am looking at a very positive decision to move here. Kaeli is the BOMB!

I work in the area and had the opportunity to see this place get built from the ground up! I checked it out with my spouse, decided to move in. We got a great move in special and free pizza coupons!

Full amenities and awesome build quality! Close to shopping centers and toll road. The staff is always friendly and any maintenance issues are handled promptly. I would definitely refer this place to a friend!
