Scheduled septic system repair on July 28th. Was put on their waiting list for August 28th. Called August 28th to inquire about the status. Was told they would call when they could get to me. Hence the poor review today September 18th. Called another company who looked at the job and completed it in 2 days. Thanks for nothing.

Called on a late Friday to have some repair work done on our septic system. They were very helpful and had a repairman out to our house on Monday. The repairmen, Dillon and Douglas, were very quick to get the problem fixed and gave me instructions on the care I needed to do on the system. I'm very appreciative of the help/resolution of our issues from our septic system.

Ledford installed my septic system when the house was built 3 years ago, and I have continued to use their annual maintenance contract. They are very friendly and service oriented. I have never had an issue with any of their technicians. I recently had an alarm go off and they helped me triage the problem over the phone and got a technician out right away before any backup issues happened. The technicians got my problem resolved and everything back in order quickly. I will always use Ledford.
