Office staff is great made me feel comforable for moving here and apartments have great spaces

I appreciate office staff for being very friendly and kind. I visit the property to get more information for a one bedroom, Leasing agents were Very helpful with great Customer Service.

Love the location being so close to my job and having Chinatown and The Galleria only a few minutes away.

I have been living here for over 3 years The management is very understandable and nice. You can pay online thru the app which is very convenient. If you place a maintenance request it is filled immediately with urgency and care! Its a great place to live!

So I recently just moved in feb 6th love this place already specially the two ladies that helped welcomed me with opening arms didn't give me no problems at all thank u so much.

Given legacy at westchase apartments a five star specially Linda Cina a five star since last year i signed my lease with Linda always had a great personality always smiling no matter what a good lady to have at the front desk office the maintenance always on time soon as I put my request in for my apartment never let me down on that as maintenance my kids really like the playground and fun activities office has for kids during out the year

My sister lives here! Good area! I like these apartments is very calm at nights when i come visit or stay there is no issues with parkings. Ive met the leasing agents and assistant manager and they are Awesome great ladies! I recommend living here very nice complex!

Horrible apartments! Mold in ac vents, completely biased staff and management, run down living space. I wanted to move my mom out the day I saw her apartment.

I had a family member that lived here about a year ago. So I came to check it out and is completely different from when I came to visit. I know they are under new management which makes me living here so much comfortable. I've reported issues and they are very persistent with an issues. I would definietly recommend living here.

Great location, I love the updates to all of the homes new management has done. The office is always very helpful.

Property is always clean and Maintenance is fast with fixing my apartment. Office staff is great and very helpful with anything i may need. It is quiet at night and I haven't had any problems here.

Worst apartments and worst experience. Everyday they have new problems, problem with hot water and sometimes there is no water at all for a day. No maintenance even after several calls at the office. Not a proper parking facility and never get parking place for visitors and if visitors park in regular parking for a while then they tow a car.

I HAVE BEEN HERE SCENE DEC 2017. ITS A NICE PLACE BUT I GOT MY BROTHER CAR TOWED BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME A PERMIT. TODAY IS 2/25/18 AND MY NEW CAR WAS TOWED THAT HAD A PERMIT STICKER BUT 3 PEOPLE I TALK TO GAVE ME DIFFERENT REASONS WHY.
1 WAS NO STICKER, THE OTHER I DONT KNOW WHY, AND LAST WAS CALL A NUMBER TO SEE WHY. I WAS TOLD BY MANG. I CAN PARK ANY WHERE SO WHY IS MY NEW CAR GONE? THIS PLACE WELL. SMH SO FAR

Every Week It's Something With The HOT WATER I Hate Having To Come Home And Not Being Able To Shower In Hot Water, Next Door Have Horrible Roaches That Comes Through The Cracks Of The Wall The STAFF IN THE OFFICE IS SORRY BRITTANY IS A LIAR SHE WILL TELL U ANTHING TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE OR OUT THE OFF DO NOT MOVE HERE! These REVIEWS ARE NOT MONTHS OLD LIKE THEY HAVE UP THEY ARE DAYS AND WEEKS OLD

This place is expensive and not worth it. Neighbors are loud, and you can hear everything. The amenities are old and I've made several maintenance requests for the same exact issue. Utility bills constantly go up every month and parking sucks.

Main issue: The cost. My utility bill doubled within a year.

First time I called someone answered by just saying "Hello" then hung up.
Second time the person just said there name super fast and rushed me off the phone. They either lie about the prices on their website or they just don't update them. A one bedroom
(Barbados) supposably went from 649 to 789. Based off my experience from just calling I'm not interested.

I just moved in and I don't understand the bad reviews. A lot of people complain about getting their cars towed, if you park where you're supposed to and keep your parking permit visible then there won't be a problem. The office staff is really friendly and helpful. The apartments look nice from the inside with the updated appliances and floors. So far I'm really liking it here

Do not move here. I believe the apartments are not worth the money and have a huge infestation problem.
