I have experienced consistent health care of my doggies for years now at Legacy Drive Animal hospital. Having just recently lost our oldest retriever, the staff helped me through all the steps and were most compassionate. I trust them!

Best animal hospital ever! Dr. Hindoyan took such great care of my doggie. I followed his instructions, and everything worked out so well for my fur baby.
Dr. Gilliard has a great practice, and a genuinely caring pirit of excellence that can be felt throughout EVERY interaction with each member of his team. I mean that wholeheartedly.
It's so refreshing to work with such a great team of people! Everyone! Intelligent, talented, professional, kind, genuine, super nice and just great all around! They were, and are, a blessing to me and my pet. I am so thankful for them!

Raquel and Dr. Gillard were amazing! They got me in on short notice, and took great care of my cat.they gave very clear care instructions, and made sure I had everything I needed to take care of my little baby.would absolutely recommend!

Best experience we have had with a vet since Dr Mulkey passed away wouldn't trust just any vet to care for our cats

When you see an animal hospital rating at 4.9 with nearly 500 reviews, you totally make an appointment for your new pet. I however was a bit skeptical. Well, they easily proved their 5 star status and won a new lifetime patient.

I couldn’t take my cat to our regular vet, since they were booked until next week and this was kind of an emergency, due to my cat’s swollen abdomen; which could’ve been related to his heart disease. So I found Legacy Drive Animal Hospital and I saw a 4.9 stars rating for this veterinary clinic and was going in thinking it’d be a great experience - they’d be able to diagnose and treat my cat, but I was wrong.

So 5 things:

1. The x-rays were done on our cat and we were expecting them to give a diagnosis of what it was, could’ve been fluid buildup like they said, and it would’ve been removed from an injection, but they came back and said we can’t tell what it is. Are you kidding me? How are you going to practice being a vet, when you can’t read what an x-ray says. Our regular vet is always able to read x-rays and tell what it is. We weren’t given any medication to take home, any injection, or any type of treatment or solution to resolve my cat’s swollen abdomen, instead, they said they would call us tomorrow for an update.

2. The vet and staff said that they never received an email from me for my cat’s records. I sent it right before coming and showed proof. Weird.

3. They charged us close to $800, which is extremely expensive compared to our regular vet. But thankfully we have pet insurance.

4. They took blood from my cat’s neck, and it seemed like it was done unprofessionally, since his neck was super wet (uncommon with regular vet) and there was a fairly big blood spot.

5. I got there at 5pm - which was our appointment time, and wasn’t moved in the room until 5: 10pm. The vet - Dr. Tanaka, came in at 5: 25pm and seemed like she was in a rush, she didn’t really answer our questions properly or diagnose my cat. Took a while to get my cat in. Our regular vet always spends significant time diagnosing and answering questions and are never in a rush.

Saying that we’re extremely disappointed is an understatement. We’ve been to many different vet clinics in the past, but this takes the crown for being the worst experience we’ve had for our cat. I honestly can’t believe they have a 4.9 stars rating… maybe it’s just us, but I’m never taking my cat here again. It was a last resort type situation, because regular vet was booked. I advise anyone looking for care for their pet/s, to look somewhere else, because ratings can be deceiving.

I recently switched to this animal hospital. I'm glad I did because all of the staff there are very kind and welcoming. I immediately felt at ease when I met Dr. Geller and I knew my pup was in good hands.

From the moment me and my fur baby walked in, it was so warm and welcoming! They were so kind and very informative from start to finish.
Dr. Hindoyan and his vet assistant were nothing short of AMAZING! They were so sweet and loving towards Ollie and very thorough! They included me in every decision and it was such a great experience!
