They came to my home today to evaluate several A/C issues with our three current systems, to discuss regular maintenance requirements, and to discuss our options to install a fourth HVAC on our property. They were on time and very happily spent the ENTIRE DAY on this evaluation, forming a detailed and professional recommendation which they reviewed with me at the end of the day. This was no small task - each system that required evaluation was different, and they demonstrated deep expertise in each one. They even knew how to translate the complex HVAC topics into terms a layman (me) could easily understand. This is good, old-fashioned friendly business the way it USED to be done! Romeo replaced a capacitor on our A/C in addition to performing a check up on both A/C’s. He explained why the capacitor was bad. He was very thorough and professional. We will definitely use Legacy again and would highly recommend them

The installers did an outstanding job, in difficult conditions, taking out the old A/C system and replacing it with the new system. They both did very professional work exhibiting dedication to the job and were very helpful in explaining things when needed. A great experience with Legacy! My air went out 3 weeks ago on a hot Friday afternoon. They were able to have a repairman come that evening! Abel arrived and diagnosed the problem and it was up and running quickly. Since my systems were 20 years old we discussed replacing them, (no pressure sales) and I decided to go ahead and replace. They called ahead when they were on their way and arrived promptly and early. Took about 5 hours to replace HVAC systems. Marcus was very helpful and patient showing me how to use the phone app! Kyle was also helpful answering my questions! I could not be happier to have found a trustworthy and reliable company for my needs.

I used Legacy Services for the 1st time. They were able to come out the same day i called! My technicians were Mike and Richard. They both came out were able to quickly figured out the issue with my ac. Both were very professional and efficient in their job. I'm very impressed and will be using Legacy Services from now on.

Richard was super thorough and detailed. He showed pictures and videos of his findings as he explained in detail. This was my initial visit with them. Ended up getting a new system and bypassing the repair options on his recommendation. It just made sense. They are coming on Tuesday to install the new unit.

UODATE: Justin C and Roger T came and installed my unit today. They were super professional and efficient. Very personable, knowledgeable and overall nice guys. Whole install took little over 5 hrs. Unit is great, total upgrade over machine we had before. Would totally recommend these folks from top to bottom, amazing!

Had an interesting first encounter with this company, but their response to the situation was 100% professional and they absolutely earned a 5 star rating from me. Michael Reyes was one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with in any business and I will call them and request him for any service I will need in the future. The manager, Troy, was fantastic as well.

We couldn't be happier with the services we received with Legacy. Our AC randomly went out in the middle of a heat wave, and the inside temps reached over 90⁰. I called 3 other companies and no one had availability to come and look at our unit. I called Legacy and we had Skyler at our door in 20 mins. He was so knowledgeable and great and so thorough! He even unclogged our master bathroom sink. He saved us a considerable amount of money and was honestly so fun to have in our home. We felt comfortable that we were truly being taken care of and we're happy to be part of the Legacy family now. I would use them 1,000 times over. Skyler diagnosed and corrected our issue and instantly our home began to cool. Thank you for such a great experience!

I was extremely pleased with Legacy. From the moment I called the after hours number to having my issue resolved. I appreciated the promptness of the after hours call, letting me know the next day very close to opening when the technician would be on the way, the call to let me know he was on the way, the picture of the technician and truck number, and patience of the technician with me and explanations to my many questions. The prices were broken down so I could decide what I wanted done at that time, and some suggestions as to how promptly certain things needed to be taken care of. This is usually a stressful time and someone calm, kind, and willing to be sure I understand was much appreciated!

I have used this company for the past two years for all my air cond/heating needs. Everything they do is excellent and all of their employees are so friendly and professional. They recently installed a new air conditioning/heating system and I have been very happy with it. They give excellent and accurate suggestions.
